The problems we studied come from practical project. Angang plans to built a heating furnace in 1580 hot strip line, because of winter when the heating furnace refractory material construction is completed, and the construction locale without gas supplying can not fire the heating furnace,that the refractory material containing water will lose effectiveness,so it is necessary to prevent refractory material which contianing water to get frozen. It is required to control the temperature of the refractory material and make it in a safe range.To control the temperature of refractory materials, three key problems should be solved,furnace body structure,heat dissipation model,and keep warm scheme. According to the design outline of the heating furnace 、the refractory material disposition and construction method,we have determined that the furnace structure is compact,so it can be regarded as the plane heat conduction in the analysis of heat dissipation.Based on thermodynamics we determine heat dissipation model and formula of the furnace, combined with regional meteorological data, using the FLUENT software,integrated collaborative simulation environment platform of ANSYS Workbench, established the model of fluid solid coupling of the heating furnaceand carried out the fluid dynamics analysis. By changing the number of heated nozzles and the inlet flue gas temperature,we acquire the temperature between the heating furnace refractory and heat insulation material under different environment temperature, found out the temperature control scheme of the furnace in the environment of-20℃ and-40℃ 。Conclusion is that,as long as the furnace temperature is more than ℃180,the refractory material is safe. Considering the properties of plastic refractory materials,to ensure the safety of the water beam tube,the furnace temperature should be less than 350℃.Through the implementation of Insulation scheme, during the whole winter,the refractory material temperature of the heating furnace is controlled between 14 degrees to 5 degrees, successfully realized the safe through the winter.
