12Cr1MoV steel is a kind of low alloy and high strength steel, is a more commonapplication at home and abroad and a high temperature resistant steels. The steel with highdurable plastic, lasting strength and good oxidation resistance and excellent technicalperformance. Widely used in low temperature550℃wall of high temperature and highpressure boiler superheated tubes, steam pipe, etc.This paper also studies the furnace tube damage causes, mainly including: carburizingcause furnace tube damage and creep stress caused damage, the furnace pipe heat cycle andthermal fatigue cause furnace tube corrosion damage, thinning, furnace tube high temperatureoxidation, the outer wall material degradation, mechanical wear, etc. The failure of thefurnace body shock tube performance test data results that the damage of the heating furnacetube after the impact toughness is extremely low, and damage the furnace pipe in thecomparison, we can also see that, after injury road the toughness of the heating furnace tubegreatly reduced. The failure of the body hardness test data results that the failure of the bodyhardness is very high, about new tube body hardness value of1.7times, displays obviouslymaterial hardening phenomenon. Experiment with new tube failure tube body tensile strengthand in materials in0.2%of elongation yield strength is the genotype, new tube of the abovestrength higher than pipe explosion that the strength of the material is the decline.In this paper, the furnace pipe of the long-term high temperature injury study, not only toavoid furnace tube failure to provide effective technical way accident, and can enrich theresearch field of the high temperature damage analysis theory, with another way of thinkingof the failure of the furnace pipe put forward effective protective method.This thesis aims to heating furnace pipes to the organization of the micro analysis,including a new tube and damage the furnace pipe after analysis and injury parts material andmechanical properties of analysis, and at the same time, the damage of the heating furnacetube and after the analysis of the microstructure, from the micro analysis organization that thedamage mechanism. At last this paper after injury pipe heat treatment furnace is restorativeexploration of the test, through different heating temperature, hooding tima and ddiffeentdiffaeent coolang wey three constrgints finlly expljres the the best restjrative heat treatgentproness.Finally, after test results are as follows: the material for12Cr1MoV fugnace tobe nawtube the inpact tougness of the hagh, imjact of sanple after not comletely disconected, performance very good plasticity, after inury heating funace pipe of the imact tougness isextreely low, the impct of the sample aftr cmpltely cut off, fracure withut plastic deforation,show the characteistics of brttle fracure. After injury than the new funace tube tube highharness many, showed the obvious matrial hardeing phenomnon. New tube matrial for themicrostcture of ferrite and pearlite, crystal grain boudary in distriution within the small amuntof graular carbide. It shows that the new tube body of plastic material is good, high toughnssand not prone to brittle fracture. High temperaure after injury furnce tube mrostructure a lot ofpearlite start nodulizing, carbide grain boundaries exhalation and gathered along the carsening,is material struture and properties of the deteroration of the main reason.
