Tension leveler is a combination of independent electromechanical equipment in the modern metallurgical enterprises.By stretching,bending of the strip surface oxide scales skin to improve raw plate and improve Pickling performance.The design of control system has a crucial role to its product quality.Depending on the driven approach of Tension leveler,Currently,Tension leveler is divided into four types:direct drive type,electromechanical and mechanical drive and hydraulic drive type.Tension leveler of Qiangang silicon steel production line is electromechanical hybrid structure.The drive system is controlled by AC-DC converter control,Speed difference of Rolls forms elongation.The roller chosen speed-controlled,individually driven roller of Tension leveler chose torque control to provide tension value in the system.Tension leveler roll system provides greater tension,for some time in the production.With the wear and tear of machinery,especially the roll surface wear,Causing control accuracy drops in the strip line speed,A direct result of fluctuations in internal tension,elongation control abnormal and affect the process indicators.The ASR speed control link of tension leveler control system and the Parameter Design of ACR current control link were analyzed.Analyze from the electrical transmission control and Optimal Control program,increased speed compensator in the speed control link,Eliminate the problem of abnormal tension.On the basis of two-level structure and working principle of the inverter,drive system of the Tension leveler AC-DC-AC are analyzed,from the two-level inverter principle to begin,to resolve vector control in the tension leveler.The system is based on a linear combination of eight basic voltage vector,Getting more basic space vector phase different voltage space vector,Ultimately constitute a group of equal amplitude of different phases voltage space vector,Including sectors judgment,selecting of the basic vector,Calculating of action time,the order of VECTOR switch state,Equivalent compositing target space voltage vector,Eventually forming power switching device for timing.The system control software is divided into two parts,PC monitoring program and the lower display control program execution.PC is responsible for a given motor speed,setting the current tension and receiving the current feedback.Lower computer transmission speed and current data,as well as the conversion of voltage and current,In real time control and adjustment.The main program runs after initialization,interrupt routines are the core of the system,including the serial interrupt subroutine,PWM interrupt subroutine and fault protection interrupt subroutine.
