| With the improvement of manufacturing level,the demand of downstream enterprises for steel raw materials is more differentiated and personalized,which makes the contradiction between the production mode of steel enterprises in large quantities and the differentiated demand of customers in multiple types and small batches more prominent,bringing great difficulties to the production organization and design of steel enterprises.At present,in the actual production of iron and steel enterprises,the scheduling plan of cold rolling finishing and continuous rolling back process is still compiled by the dispatcher in the human-computer interaction and human-oriented way,which makes the dispatcher’s work intensity is high,the scheduling efficiency is low,and the scheduling quality is unstable.On the basis of summarizing the research achievements in related fields,this paper studies the parallel machine scheduling optimization method of cold rolling finishing and continuous rolling process,and develops the system based on the proposed optimization method.The main tasks are as follows:(1)according to the actual characteristics of the scheduling optimization problem of parallel machines in the cold rolling finishing and continuous rolling back processes,a mathematical model is established.According to the characteristics of the model and the experience of dispatchers,a heuristic algorithm is designed and the problem is solved.The actual production data were used for calculation experiments,and the results were compared with the dispatcher scheduling results.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the dispatcher.(2)on the basis of the heuristic algorithm,the variable neighborhood search algorithm and its improvement strategy were studied,and the corresponding neighborhood structures were constructed according to the characteristics of the finishing and continuous regression problems,and the adaptive variable neighborhood search algorithm was designed for the parallel machine scheduling problems of cold rolling finishing and continuous regression processes.The experimental results show that the algorithm is suitable for solving large-scale practical problems.(3)based on the above model and algorithm,design and develop a parallel machine scheduling optimization system for cold rolling finishing and continuous rolling back processes.The system mainly includes three modules:data maintenance,model optimization,and result query,which realizes the customer order finishing in cold rolling and parallel machine optimization scheduling in the continuous rolling process,and improves the production management level of steel enterprises.The research results have certain significance for guiding the production of enterprises or the research of theoretical methods. |
