With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,more and more new energy sources have been utilized.Solar energy,as a new renewable and clean energy,has been widely used in various industries.Clothing exposed to sunlight for a long time is a good carrier to contact sunlight.Integrating clothing and solar energy is a new way to integrate high-tech elements into daily life and open up new green energy sources.In the field of textile and apparel,the research and utilization of solar energy mainly focus on the development of solar heating clothing and solar storage power generation clothing,but the actual performance of these solar energy clothing with different functions is unknown.And when considering the installation location of solar panels,most of them are based on aesthetic point of view,and there is no research on the low conversion efficiency of solar panels,which greatly hinders the use of solar energy in textile and garment fields.In order to solve the problem that the application of solar energy in clothing needs to be deepened and the utilization rate is low,this paper adopts the thinking method of ergonomics to explore the installation location of solar panels in the unsteady environment by using the platform as the carrier.Then the research results were optimized with the clothing fabric,structure and electronic devices,and a solar storage heating suit was made,and its heating capacity was tested and studied.Finally,the overall performance of clothing is improved.Based on single chip technology,heart rate monitoring and GPS positioning functions are integrated to make clothing not only can be used for heating and charging,but also has the function of health management,making the use of solar energy more extensive,and the design of mobile APP improves the user's sense of use.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)By comparing the performances of three kinds of solar panels,polycrystalline silicon solar panels were selected to carry out the installation position experiment of solar panels.Choosing 8 Key Points on the Women's Dress Stage:the left shoulder line and half of the chest line are at the intersection of the left Princess line,the right shoulder line and half of the chest line are at the intersection of the right Princess line,the intersection of waist circumference line and front center line,the waistline and half of the hip line are at the intersection of the leftPrincess line,the waistline and half of the hip line are at the intersection of the right Princess line,the intersection of the chest circumference line and the posterior central line,the intersection of the chest circumference line and the posterior central line,The installation position of solar panels on clothing was simulated.The experimental data of environmental factors were analyzed and the influencing factors of solar radiation were selected.By analyzing the output power of solar panels at these eight key points,it is concluded that in unsteady environment,the power of solar panels above the left and right breasts of human body is significantly better than that of other positions.Therefore,the position above the left and right breasts of human body is selected as the best installation position of solar panels.(2)The research results are applied to the design and manufacture of follow-up clothing.Firstly,the charging and discharging circuit and storage circuit are designed and welded,then the appropriate clothing accessories are selected,and the details of each part of the clothing are reasonably designed.Finally,a set of solar energy heating clothing with comfortable wear,ergonomics and high efficiency of solar energy utilization is produced.The garment consists of a jacket and vest.Solar panels are located in the chest pocket of the jacket.Carbon fiber heating sheets are built into the jacket sandwich.All the circuits are removable.(3)The performance of solar energy storage heating garment was tested by infrared thermal imager and EP-TA20 CBC charger.The experimental data show that the average charging time of this solar apparel using solar panels is 13.14 hours,the average charging time using chargers is 6.97 hours,and the theoretical discharge time of storage battery is 3.75 hours,less than 3 hours in practice.The error of data is within a reasonable range,and the overall charging and discharging effect of the apparel is good.The highest temperature of the front part of the garment is 42.62 C,the average temperature is 37.02 C;the highest temperature of the back part of the garment is 39.42 C,the average temperature is 34.96 C,and after 180 minutes,the surface temperature of the garment is more than 26 C,the heating duration is longer,and the overall heating performance is good.(4)Through the previous research results,summarized the shortcomings of the above clothing,upgraded and optimized the function of solar clothing,added two flexible solar panelson the back,and did not change the clothing design too much.A solar clothing system was developed based on single-chip technology,and added the functions of heart rate monitoring and GPS positioning.The apparel can not only be used for heating and charging,but also have health management functions.These functions are integrated into mobile APP,which is convenient to operate and more intelligent.
