With the rapid development of the country and society,people's living standards is increasing,the requirements for high-performance materials is also increasing.Polyurethane materials are highly favored by the market because of their excellent performance.Polyurethane materials have good performance and wear resistance.Good resistance to solvent corrosion.However conventional polyurethane emulsions are solvent-based emulsions that are flammable,toxic,and heavy in taste.Polyurethane materials are also easier to burn.These problems have always affected people lives and social safety.Waterborne polyurethane emulsion has the advantages of green,environmental protection and high stability.Waterborne polyurethane film has good physical properties,certain temperature resistance and chemical resistance.Due to its excellent performance and versatility,flame retardant polyurethane emulsion and conductive flame retardant polyurethane emulsion have been became the research hotspots.The main research contents of this paper is about the flame retardant modified by waterborne polyurethane emulsion and the preparation and performance of conductive flame retardant waterborne polyurethane emulsion.1.Phosphorus-containing flame retardant polyester polyol(BY3009T)as modified monomer,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polyester polyol(AR-50)as monomer synthesis soft segment modified phosphorus-containing water Polyurethane emulsion(FWPU),through its emulsion and colloidal size,emulsion storage performance,phosphorus content test of its film,film elongation at break,breaking strength test,and its oxygen index test and flame retardant Level test.When the total phosphorus content of the film is 2%,and the storage time can be maintained for 6 months or more.The elongation at break and the breaking strength of the film can reach certain requirements.Its oxygen index also reaches at 36,Observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the film is flame retardant due to the formation of a dense carbon layer to block the air.2.Synthesis of phosphorus-containing flame-retardant polyester polyol by using 2-carboxyethylbenzene hypophosphorous acid(CEPPA)as main modified raw material,using selfmade phosphorus-containing polyol as modified monomer,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)Polyester polyol(AR-50)is a monomer synthesis soft segment modified phosphorus-containing waterborne polyurethane emulsion.The results show that,when the total phosphorus content of the film reaches 2%,the storage time can be kept at 6 months or more time.The elongation at break and the breaking strength of the film can reach certain requirements..Its oxygen index can reach 36 as well as BY3009 T.The microscopic condition of char formation can be very intuitively observed that the film is flame retardant due to the formation of a dense carbon layer and isolate the air.3.Using self-made flame-retardant water-based polyurethane emulsion as the basic emulsion resin,adding a certain proportion of silver nanowires and graphene oxide,and ultrasonically treating to obtain a more uniform conductive flame-retardant water-based polyurethane emulsion.Then scraping the film,the film was dry in natural environment.The silver nanowires was uniform and interwoven into a network,moreover,it is tested as a wire for the brightness and resistivity of the bulb.The results show that the film had certain electrical conductivity.In this paper,the phosphorus element is introduced into the polyurethane macromolecular chain by chemical modification,which improves the flame retardant performance of the polyurethane film.The doping of the conductive material can impart certain conductive properties to the flame retardant polyurethane film,which can be integrated which can be used in the circuit.
