Various defects of cemented carbide saw blades lead to significant safety risks of their products.Conventional non-destructive testing methods have some limitations in the detection of cemented carbide saw blades.It is difficult to detect small cracks by ultrasonic testing,thin layer defects perpendicular to ray direction by ray testing,and internal defects of cemented carbide saw blades can not be effectively detected by magnetic particle testing and eddy current testing.Therefore,this paper uses audio nondestructive testing technology to detect the quality defects of cemented carbide saw blades.In this paper,a non-destructive testing method of cemented carbide saw blade defect based on audio signal and resonance method is studied.By comparing the audio resonance spectrum of qualified and defective saw blades,the identification of cemented carbide saw blade defect is realized.Firstly,the conventional non-destructive testing methods are studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared.By summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of cemented carbide saw blades,a more suitable audio non-destructive testing method is selected and studied.Secondly,the common defects of cemented carbide saw blades are enumerated,the feasibility of audio detection method for cemented carbide saw blades is analyzed,and an audio non-destructive testing platform for cemented carbide saw blades is built.Then,the pre-processing algorithm,time-frequency conversion algorithm,resonance peak estimation algorithm and noise reduction algorithm of audio signal of cemented carbide saw blade are studied,that is,the processing method of audio signal of cemented carbide saw blade is studied.Finally,the effect of defect type,location and degree on the acoustic resonance spectrum of cemented carbide saw blade is studied,and the acoustic resonance spectrum of cemented carbide saw blade is analyzed by finite element simulation method.By comparing the difference between the peak value of acoustic resonance of defective saw blade and the standard of peak range of qualified saw blade,the non-destructive detection of cemented carbide by audio signal is given.A new method of saw blade.In this paper,the rationality and feasibility of non-destructive testing method of cemented carbide saw blade based on audio signal are expounded and verified from simulation and experiment,and the effective detection of cemented carbide saw blade defects is realized.It provides a new method and idea for the saw blade manufacturer to distinguish the defects of the saw blade.
