The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely applied and proved in long-term clinical practice.With the development of modern medical technology,traditional Chinese medicine has received unprecedented attention and recognition in the world.More and more researchers are looking for the development of new drugs and their lead compounds from traditional Chinese medicine,but the chemical basis of traditional Chinese medicine is extremely complex and the medicinal mechanism is still unclear,which has become a bottleneck restricting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the rapid and high-sensitivity separation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients is of great significance.At present,the most commonly used methods for detecting traditional Chinese medicine components are high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.Although modern instrumental analysis techniques have made great progress,there are still many limitations in practical applications.Because of the rich variety of traditional Chinese medicines,the variety of chemical components,the large span of content and the large differences in chemical properties,the inevitable matrix effect is caused during instrumental analysis,which poses a challenge to traditional sample preparation techniques.Therefore,based on the two-dimensional micro carbon fiber component separation system,a surface modified carbon fiber column was prepared and a surface modified carbon fiber column component separation system was constructed.When combination with mass spectrometry it can be used for quick analysis the composition of traditional Chinese medicine.The results show that the system can be used to separate the complex samples in 9 min and the separation mechanism is different.The surface modified carbon fiber column fractionation system can be selected for the different properties sample.The method has good sensitivity(LOD=0.1 ng mL-1;LOQ=0.3 ng mL-1)and precision(RSD=6.70-13.00%).Finally,the method was applied to the detection of traditional Chinese medicine Schisandra and Radix Puerariae,and a variety of compounds with different polarities were screened,indicating that this method has broad application prospects in the detection of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients.
