As of 2015,the total mileage of China's oil pipeline has reached 48,000 kilometers.Among them,the product oil pipeline pass through a large number of rivers,lakes and other water environment sensitive areas.Once the pipeline leaks in this area,it will cause serious pollution to the water environment.By predicting the process of oil spill in water environment after pipeline leakage,it is possible to assess the extent of the impact of the leak and to guide the pipeline leak emergency work.By analyzing the physical and chemical properties of oil products and the process of oil spill in water environment,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the impact of oil pipeline leakage in water environment.Based on the water environment characteristics of rivers and lakes,two quantitative methods for calculating the oil spill range of product pipelines were established by combining theoretical research with numerical simulation.Method 1: By systematically studying the calculation model of spill behavior and fate,the calculation model of spill effect on water environment of product oil pipeline was established.The Bernoulli equation is used to estimate the leakage of oil products.The diffusion and drift of spilled oil were simulated by using Lehr diffusion correction model,simplified Navy drift model,Fingas simplified evaporation equation and quasi-second order adsorption rate equation.Based on this model,a software for evaluating the pollution impact of leaked water in refined oil pipelines is developed.Method 2: The numerical simulation model of leakage and diffusion of river-crossing product pipeline was established.The CFD software is used to calculate quantitatively the oil spill diffusion range of submerged pipeline and buried pipeline.The effects of leakage aperture,leakage velocity,flow velocity and wind speed on oil spill diffusion were studied.Taking the leakage accident of a pipeline crossing section as an example,two models are applied to quantitatively calculate the oil spill diffusion range of the leakage accident.The calculation results of the two methods are compared and analyzed,and the recommended application scene are given.
