As an energy source, natural gas is widely used because of its high unit heat value, low environmental pollution and non-toxicity.Pipeline,as the main channel for connecting natural gas to users, plays a vital role.Among them,high-pressure gas pipelines are most widely used in long-distance gas transportation. However, due to the high pressure and high risk of accidents, the pipeline is prone to leakage during transportation.Natural gas is mainly composed of methane, which is inflammable and explosive. When it leaks into the air,in the event of an open flame,it will cause a fire or explosion accident with serious consequences. In this paper,by analyzing the gas leakage diffusion model, the model and parameters of the high pressure natural gas pipeline leakage diffusion are determined. The influence of pipeline pressure, wind speed and other factors on gas diffusion was studied by FLUENT numerical simulation.Through the simulation of the leakage and diffusion process of the natural gas pipeline, the influence law of the influence factor on the diffusion is obtained. The calculation results are processed by the Tecplot post processor, and the variation of the danger zone range with the pipeline pressure, the length of the leak and the wind speed are obtained. This paper focuses on the explosion of fireballs and vapor clouds, and quantitatively analyzes them to determine the extent of their damage. For the fireball model, the fireball dynamic model is used to calculate the radius of death, the radius of serious injury and the radius of light injury. For the vapor cloud explosion model, the TNT equivalent model is used to calculate the explosion shock wave overpressure of high pressure natural gas under certain conditions, and then according to the super The pressure value determines the radius of death, the radius of serious injury and the radius of light injury, and according to the actual situation, the explosive energy of a certain height that does not cause damage to the ground personnel is excluded, and the radius of damage of the explosion shock wave is re-determined.Finally,through quantitative risk analysis, the harm consequences in various situations are analyzed, and their individual risks and social risks are calculated separately, and compared with acceptable risk standards to determine the risk level of the pipeline leakage accidents studied.Through the research on the area of leakage hazard,it provides a theoretical reference for quantitatively predicting the scope of possible leakage accidents, and it is also important for the determination of accident emergency command and personnel evacuation scope.
