This paper studies the adiabatic coating that have a wide range of applications in Chinese industrial fields.In order to improve the chalking phenomenon and performance of adiabatic coating,the research selected suitable components to prepare products with good coating performance,durability and good thermal insulation properties.The specific research contents are as follows:In this study,the binder was selected from modified bentonite and calcium lignosulfonate.Insulation fillers are selected from SiO2 fine powder,ceramic microbeads and hollow spherical powder particles.The reinforcing fiber acts as a reinforcing phase.Different types and specifications of insulation fillers and infrared sunscreens were added to the experiment.It is supplemented with some functional solvents and additives to mechanically stir to produce a adiabatic coating with excellent thermal insulation properties.(1)The main research carried out in this paper includes:the effects of modified bentonite,aluminum dihydrogen phosphate,high temperature cement,calcium lignosulfonate,melamine and sodium hexametaphosphate on the appearance and thermal insulation properties of adiabatic coating;The optimum ratio was determined by observing the microstructure of the heat-insulating coating after high-temperature sintering.The results show that the addition of 5%modified bentonite can improve the chalking phenomenon and improve the spreadability to some extent;the addition of 2%calcium lignosulfonate and 0.85%sodium hexametaphosphate can reduce the water consumption of the adiabatic coating without changing the application performance,and can also shorten the drying time of the adiabatic coating.At the same time,the pulverization of the adiabatic coating is improved.(2)The influence of SiO2 aerogel content and different particle size ratio on the thermal insulation performance of adiabatic coating is also the research content of this paper.During this process,its distribution in the coating was also observed.The results show that by adding SiO2 aerogels with different particle size ratios,it is found that the thermal insulation performance of the adiabatic coating is best when the coarse-grain ratio is 1:1;through the microscopic observation of the SiO2 aerogel adiabatic coating,it is found that the SiO2 aerogel has no agglomeration in the matrix of the heat-insulating coating and is uniformly dispersed.(3)Finally,this paper studied the effects of the crystal form,particle size and content of two kinds of infrared sunscreens,zirconium silicate and Nano-TiO2,on the thermal insulation properties of adiabatic coating.The results show that the addition of zirconium silicate and Nano-TiO2 improves the thermal insulation performance of the adiabatic coating.The coarser the particle size of zirconium silicate and Nano-TiO2,the stronger the infrared shading ability.The ability of Nano-TiO2 to reflect infrared heat is stronger than that of zirconium silicate.For Nano-TiO2,the ability of rutile Nano-TiO2 to reflect infrared heat is not only stronger than that of anatase Nano-TiO2,but also has a great effect on the thermal insulation performance of adiabatic coating.And the higher the temperature,the more obvious the temperature difference.
