High-strength steel arc groove parts are part of the safety structure of the car,such as car bumpers and door anti-collision beams,the rebound defect exhibited in the stamping forming is the main reason that affects its precise forming,and the application of high-strength steel is more prominent,which seriously affects the forming precision.In this paper,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental method are combined to study the precise forming of high-strength steel arc groove parts,which lays a foundation for effectively improving the forming precision of such parts.Firstly,starting from the forming process of the arc groove parts,according to its geometric and deformation characteristics,it is divided into regions The stress and strain distribution,material flow law and equivalent stress of each part of the part during forming are analyzed through simulation through mechanical analysis.The distribution law explores the defects of stamping forming of arc groove parts.Secondly,The reason for the lateral angle rebound of the arc groove member is studied in depth: the stress and strain distribution of the flange fillet area,the top fillet area and the inner and outer layers of the sidewall blank are different,and the reverse bending moment is generated after unloading;The reason for the increase of the longitudinal radius of curvature is that the top and top fillet areas of the part are tensile stresses in the longitudinal direction,and the side walls,flanges and flange fillet areas are pressed in the longitudinal direction,and the plastic deformation is uneven,resulting in a reverse in the longitudinal direction after unloading.To the bending moment,the trend of the angular rebound in different cross sections and the trend of the longitudinal radius of curvature are obtained.Thirdly,numerical simulation and physical experiments were carried out to study the influence of materials,geometric parameters and forming process parameters on the springback of the arc groove parts.It is found that the axial tensile stress and the longitudinal compressive stress increase under the conditions of the longitudinal radius of curvature,the radius of the part fillet and the gap of the die and the increase of the flange width,the blanking force and the friction coefficient.Improve the forming accuracy of the parts.The larger the material ?s/E,the lower the part forming accuracy.Finally,based on the above research results,the method of improving the forming precision of the arc groove parts such as the process parameters,the drawbead setting and the mold profile modification are proposed.This method is used to reduce the profile deviation to 0.187 mm for a specific size of the arc slot.The research results obtained by high-strength steel arc groove parts through this subject can provide valuable reference for the development of forming process of similar beam type structural parts.
