Nature is a ideal sample for us to learn,the researchers found that because of the special surface structure and chemical composition of the lotus leaf surface makes it has special infiltration.Recent years,the bionic superhydrophobic surface inspired by"Lotus leaf effect"has received wide attention from researchers.Superhydrophobic surface possesses superior anti-corrosion,anti-fouling,self-cleaning and other effects due to the special property of it,promise it's good application prospect in industrial,Architectural and biological fields etc.However,due to its special surface structure and chemical composition,the durability of it is poor and can not withstand long-term sunlight exposure,makes it difficult to meet the actual needs.In order to prepare long-lasting and durable superhydrophobic coatings,This topic adopts Polymethyl methacrylate?PMMA?and Polyether sulfoxide?PES?as matrix resin,the polymer based wear-resistant superhydrophobic composite coatings were successfully prepared on the surface of aluminum plate by chemical modification of fillers and matrices,regulation of filler proportion,and cooperated with special chemical substance by spraying method.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:?1?A double-layer superhydrophobic PMMA/PVDF/O-CNF/P-mica composite coating with water contact angle at 153.4±1.6°and sliding angle at 5.1±1.1°was prepared by combining dissolving spraying method and powder spraying method.The adhesion force of the double-layer superhydrophobic coating constructed by dissolving spraying method is greatly improved than that of the single layer superhydrophobic coating using powder spraying method,and the adhesion level reached to 0 under the standard of GB/T9286.Additionally,compared with single-layer coating,abrasive resistance of double-layer coating increased by 7.5times,even 4 times and 1.5 times higher than double-layer PMMA/PVDF coating and PMMA/PVDF/P-Mica coating,respectively.Meanwhile,the prepared double-layer coating possesses excellent anti-fouling and self-cleaning properties.?2?A three-layers O-PMMA@A-SiO2@RTV superhydrophobic coating was prepared by stepwise spraying method.Under controlling dosage of modifier and nmSiO2,the water contact angle and slide angle of three-layers superhydrophobic coating can reach to 158.6±0.6°and 2.9±0.5°,respectively.The three-layers O-PMMA@A-SiO2@RTV superhydrophobic coating has better durability than the two-layers O-PMMA@A-SiO2 superhydrophobic coating due to the elastic Si-O-Si bond formed between the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and the SiO2,the sand impact and wear resistance of three-layers coating are increased by 5 times and more than 1.5 times than the two-layers one.Moreover,due to the excellent properties of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber on the top layer,the UV resistance and anticorrosion of the three-layers coating are greatly improved.?3?A superhydrophobic PES/RTVSR/PI/ODA-CNF composite coating was successfully prepared by chemical crosslinking and synergy between PI resin and ODA-CNF combined with room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber by one-step spraying method.By regulating the amount of PI and ODA-CNF,the coating eventually achieved the optimum hydrophobicity?water contact angle is 161.3±0.8°,slide angle is 3.6±0.5°?.Because of the excellent properties of PI,the prepared composite coating has excellent resistance to high and low temperature and wear resistance,its abrasion resistance is over 4.5 times and 2 times higher than that of pure PES coating and superhydrophobic SiC coating,respectively.In addition,the acid and alkaline resistance,corrosion resistance and weatherability of the coating has also been greatly improved,the coating's corrosion protection efficiency is up to 99.998%.
