The coking process mainly includes two kinds,the one is the top-loading coking,the other is the tamping side loading coking.In recent years,the process of stamping and coking has been more and more popular in the industry,with its good resource utilization and environmental protection.The coal cake produced by coke oven tamping machine not only has high stability,but also the coal cake has a large drop in coal rate(collapse,partial collapse).Tamping machine is a special equipment for coal cake forming,and its working performance has a great influence on the quality of coal cake.The tamping machine has high working intensity and high frequency of use,and the working conditions of the hammer wear-resisting material and the CAM elastic element are poor,the working condition load is complicated,and it is the main vulnerable part.It can effectively reduce the production cost of coking enterprises,reduce the use and maintenance strength of equipment,and improve the economic benefit of enterprises.This paper's analysis from 6.25 meters to hammer tamping coke oven machine condition,based on two-dimensional CAD software,3 d software solidworks based CAM,hammer rod and the simulation model of elastic CAM,considering the CAM contour curve of trajectory,the influence of the hammer rod to lift hammer wear-resistant materials and CAM working condition of elastic material and element analysis,according to the hammer friction materials and load characteristics of elastic element,CAM flange,rubber components of different diameter and friction plate ANSYS finite element simulation analysis,get the stress and deformation of tamping key-module figure,ultimately determine the dangerous section,so as to optimize and solve the tamping coke oven machine in the process of lift hammer of the factors affecting the service life of key-module,good engineering significance and potential economic benefits.
