With the improvement of China's modernization level,the construction industry has achieved rapidly development.Due to the constantly increasing of population and limited land resources,the overall level of urban land prices in the country continues to rise,and high-rise buildings have emerged.Due to the complicated process and many uncertain factors,the construction of high-rise buildings has caused frequent safety accidents,resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses,which have had a serious impact on society.Although China has strengthened the construction of laws and regulations on building safety production,the overall situation is still not optimistic.Safety assessment,as the main measure of safety control,plays an important role in the prevention of safety accidents.In this context,this paper takes the residential buildings in high-rise buildings as the research object,and specifically studies the application of the constructed safety evaluation model in the construction process,and provides reference for the safety evaluation of similar construction.This paper expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge.By sorting out the types of construction safety accidents during 2014-2018,and analyzing the causes of accidents for the main types of safety accidents,the construction safety evaluation index system for high-rise residential buildings is constructed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the importance of the index of complex problems can be quantified,and it is used as the method for determining the weight of each index in the evaluation index system.According to the safety evaluation index system of high-rise residential building construction,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method is used to construct the safety evaluation model,and the advantage of support vector machine(SVM)in small sample and nonlinear pattern recognition problem is taken as the construction safety evaluation model.The verification method is used to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the safety evaluation model in high-rise residential buildings.Finally,the safety evaluation model is applied in the engineering studies,and evaluate the construction state of the high-rise residential building as the critical safety state is consistent with the actual situation of the project.The data of several representative high-rise residential buildings are selected as the sample values of thesafety evaluation model test.The support values are used to train the sample values.The cross-validation method,particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to optimize the parameters.By comparing the predicted results,the security status is consistent.The feasibility and application value of the safety evaluation model in the safety evaluation of high-rise residential buildings are verified.And for the safety hazards of construction,preventive measures are proposed for safety control.
