| Under the background of the rapid development of modern economy,the competition between enterprises has gradually developed into talents competition,and it was for a talent competence post adaptability evaluation effectively,now has become a human resources a hot spot in the field of study,psychology and so on.However,in the context of Chinese culture,there are relatively few studies on the competency management system of coke industry operators.On the basis of sorting out relevant concepts of competency,summarizing and summarizing successful research experience at home and abroad,this study conducted A preliminary research attempt on operator competency of A company.This paper embarks from the coke industry,in order to study on the operator management competence of A company,on the basis of combination of questionnaire and interview way,summed up the operator management process requires A company of professional knowledge and ability,and analysis the difference between the operators competency and actual demand,for A company operator’s competency education training and further reform to provide some feasible suggestions and comments.It is hoped that this study can provide some positi’ve and theoretical significance for the training of the competency of operators of A company.To achieve the research purpose,in this paper,the enterprise operators competence were summarized,and analyzed the operator competence status of A company by way of questionnaire survey in the process of concrete research in-depth analysis operator competency related content and conditions.According to the specific analysis and research,this paper puts forward effective suggestions for the managrement competency training of coke industry operators.Although there are shortcomings in some aspects of the article,I still hope that the research results and Suggestions can play a certain role in cultivating the competency of coke industry operators. |
