In recent years,China's coal mine flooding accidentsoccurrence frequently.Our country mainly take engineering measures to prevent flooding accidents,butthe study of unsafe behaviors that cause coal mine flooding accidents is relatively scarce.In order to control the flooding accidents effectively,this paper studies the occurrence mechanismsand unsafety actions of coal mine flooding accidents with theoretical analysis and statistical analysis.The main research results are as follows:(1)The occurrence mechanisms of the coal mine flooding accidents and basic rules are researchedonaccountof the statistical data of 2006-2015 flooding accidents.Several basic laws of the flooding accidents are obtained:?The number of general flooding accidents is highest;the number of thelarger accidents is more and the death tolltakes the largest proportion;larger and the above accidentstakes percentage above 80%;?88%water source of the larger and the above flooding accidents caused in 2006-2015 is goaf water.Therefore,the main work to prevent mine accidents should be placed in the governance of the goaf water.?Flooding accidents occur more frequently in Guizhou,Hunan,Shanxi,Chongqing,Heilongjiang Province,which are the focus of supervision in China.(2)This paper analyses theadvantageof the accident-causing "2-4" model,and applies the "2-4" model to analyze 3 typical.Through specific accident analysis,accidentcauses and the validity to analyze flooding accidentsof the "2-4" model are obtained.(3)Based onstatisticsandanalysisof the unsafe actions of 120 coal mine flooding accidents,118 unsafe actions are obtained,which occurred 680 times.In order to take further study on these unsafe actions,the work staffs mayrelated tothe flooding accidents are divided into seven categories.(4)The unsafe actionsare divided into 4 categoriesaccording to violation types:illegal behaviour,illegal operation,illegal command and legal action.The main personnelswho give out various illegal movements and the actions that need to be emphasized are studied.No matter from the number of actions or theproportion,the order of different types of illegal actions:illegal behaviour>illegal operation>illegal command>legal action.(5)Based on the grey relation and entropy theory,the gray entropy comprehensive evaluation model is established and the model is used to make risk assessment of actionsfrom theseven kinds of personnel.Risk degrees of the unsafe action are obtained to identify higher risk action,and the key unsafe actions of the seven types of personnel areobtained.The key of accident prevention is find outand the foundation for the coal mine flooding accident training and prevention is laid.(6)According to the above research conclusion,this paper puts forward the measures of prevention and control of key unsafe actions.To prevent accidents,we must train all kinds of staff.Key training content and prevention countermeasures of different operating personnel are given from the safety knowledge,safety awareness,safety habits.Adopting the accident case teaching method,four aspects are taken to train different types of employees,including basic knowledge training,accident case interpretation,accident case analysis,safety action training.Finally,in order to facilitate the management of accident cases,the accident database system is established and the design interface is given.
