Coal mine accident emergency rescue case reasoning system is an important part of coal mine emergency rescue decision-making system,the traditional system mainly based in the current accident information and emergency plan for decision support,but the emergency plan is often lack of pertinence.It is not only the way of thinking to solve the problem,but also more pertinence and applicability to use the similar historical accident rescue experience knowledge to guide the current accident rescue.In this paper,the author combine the ontology and case-based reasoning,and use of the knowledge of system engineering and computer science and technology,making a deep study on the coal mine accident emergency rescue case reasoning system(CMAERCRS).The main research is as follows:The first part is about the study of CMAERCRS framework.Based on analyzing the types and characteristics of coal mine accidents,and the functional and non-functional requirements of CMAERCRS.The author Construct the CMAERCRS framework including knowledge aspect,business logic layer and application aspect.The second part refers to the study of coal mine accident case representation based on ontology,which introduces the methods of case representation,the principles of coal mine accident case representation and the advantages of ontology representation.According to ontology theory to construct coal mine accident cases ontology model,namely,CACOM,and ontology tools Protege to implement models,the coal mine accident case base on the basis of ontology is established.The third part is about the research on CMAERCRS case retrieval.By analyzing the structure of case base,the strategy of classified retrieval is proposed.Based on the features of ontology,the methods of retrieval are optimized.Concerning the nearest neighbor methods,it can be calculated that there is something wrong with the fact that the attribute value of cases is missing.Combing the methods of structure similarity with the methods of local similarity to calculate the overall similarity,the efficiency and accuracy of retrieval are improved.The fourth part focuses on the designing and implementation of CMAERCRS that is based on B/S architecture mainly including the case-based reasoning,the maintenance of case base,the maintenance of expert base and system management.Through the actual case-based reasoning and verification,there is no denying that the system can quickly retrieve similar accident case in order to offer references to decision-making for scientific rescue plans.The paper is of certain value for coal mine accident emergency rescue.The research in the paper provides a possible and referential process to establish coal mine accident rescue plans.
