Land use change is the result of the interaction of natural factors and human activities, and is a hot topic in current global environmental change research. The land use change and its ecological environment effects in the study area are of great significance for realizing the sustainable and sustainable use of land resources and protecting the regional ecological environment.Chongzhou City,as a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Chengdu,is therefore more affected by the radiation belt of Chengdu. In 2017,the 13th Party Congress of Chengdu proposed the urban spatial development strategy of“Dongjin,Nantuo,Xikong,Beigai,Zhongyou”,and Chongzhou City, which is located in the core hinterland of Chengdu's“West Control”strategy.Focus on the mission of the"West Control"transformation and development. With the rapid development of urbanization, the social and economic differences within Chongzhou City are significant, with varying degrees of impact on the natural environment, and a series of phenomena such as ecological degradation and tension between people and land.In this context, through the establishment of the land use database of Chongzhou City for nearly 20 years, the“time”and“space”are the main lines, using the land dynamics model, the transfer matrix model, the principal component analysis method, the landscape pattern index method and the space self.Relevant research methods are used to analyze the basic status of land use in Chongzhou City.At the same time, using the eco-environmental quality index model to establish the quantitative relationship between land use types and eco-environmental quality in the study area;using the land-use type to transform the ecological contribution rate model, specifically analyzing the ecological environment impact of each region;with the help of GIS spatial analysis method,Identify the spatial differences in ecological environmental effects caused by land use transformation;based on the ecological footprint theory, use the ecological footprint model to dynamically quantify the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit of Chongzhou City to analyze the regional ecological environmental carrying capacity Limits and the sustainable use of land resources in the ecological environment; Finally, according to the above research content, propose corresponding countermeasures. The main conclusions from the study are as follows:(1)Chongzhou City has rich land use types, mainly cultivated land, forest land and grassland.During the period 1995-2015,cultivated land accounted for the largest area, accounting for more than 41%of the total area. The structure and quantity of land use in the study area are in a state of continuous transformation and development.Among them, the construction land, forest land and water area are increasing, and the cultivated land, unused land and grassland area are decreasing.During the study period, the dynamics of land use changed significantly. The grassland was mainly converted into construction land. The cultivated land was converted into construction land and forest land, and the unused land was converted into grassland. The regional land use pattern changed significantly.(2)In the regional landscape pattern, the forest landsplaques are regularly developed, and the overall trend of agglomeration;the aggregation degree and dominance of cultivated land, grassland and unused land plaques decrease, and the whole is fragmented;construction land Gradually,it tends to develop in a sheet form;the landscape pattern of waters is also in a state of regular development. In general, the landscape of Chongzhou City is scattered and fragmented, and the dominant landscape types such as cultivated land, grassland and construction land dominate the overall landscape layout of the area. Finally, based on the analysis of landscape pattern, the spatial autocorrelation is used to study the diversity of landscape pattern. The diversity of land use landscape pattern in 1995-2015 shows positive autocorrelation, but it shows a certain degree in 1995-2005.Converging trends, while in 2005-2015,there is a trend of discretion.According to the Moran's I index scatter plot and the LISA cluster map of the land use landscape pattern diversity, the overall agglomeration effect of the region was enhanced during the study period, but the overall trend was balanced.(3)Through the calculation of the eco-environmental quality index model, during the period of 1995-2015,the ecological environment of Chongzhou City showed a deteriorating trend, and the overall eco-environmental quality index tended to decrease. The ecological environment quality of each township also has obvious differences.Among them, the ecological environment quality of Yangma Town,Huaiyuan Town and Sanlang Town is relatively good, and the ecological environment quality of Chongyang Sub-district Office,Sanjiang Town and Jiangyuan Town is relatively poor. There is a trend of deterioration and improvement of the ecological environment in the region.Land type conversion mainly shifts to land types with lower ecological service value than land types with higher ecological service value.(4)According to the calculation of ecological footprint model, quantitative analysis of regional ecosystem status, the per capita ecological footprint of Chongzhou City increased gradually from 1997 to 2015,from 3.863hm~2/person in 1997 to4.8895hm~2/person.The increase was 1.0265hm~2/person;while the per capita ecological carrying capacity decreased, from 0.3436hm~2/person in 1997 to 0.3257 hm~2/person,the ecological deficit further intensified.According to the analysis of ecological profit and loss,Chongzhou City currently consumes a large amount of natural resources stored in the city to maintain regional balance. Therefore, the land resources of Chongzhou City are already in an unsustainable state.(5)In the process of land use, there are still unreasonable land use patterns in the study area. The construction land consumes a large amount of cultivated land and grassland, which reduces the area of cultivated land and the intensity of human activities affecting the ecosystem, making the regional ecological carrying capacity exceed the regional carrying capacity. Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between economic and social development and the natural environment, change consumption patterns, protect bio-productive land areas, develop circular economy, improve the comprehensive scientific and technological level of agriculture, improve the infrastructure conditions of agricultural production, and at the same time establish the dynamics of land use.The monitoring mechanism effectively monitors unreasonable land use behaviors within the region and achieves sustainable development of the regional social, economic, and ecological environment.
