Research On The Impact Of The Pollutant Emission Intensity On Printing And Dyeing Enterprises In ShaoXing

Dyeing and printing industry is a traditional manufacturing industry,with high energy consumption,high water consumption and high pollution characteristics,which contribute to China s economic development but also brought very serious environmental pollution.The thesis takes the printing and dyeing industry in Shaoxing as an example,and analyzes the development of printing and dyeing industry,pollution discharge and environmental treatment in Shaoxing with the statistical data of the last ten years.Then uses the environmental statistics of 210 printing and dyeing enterprises with the year from 2009 to 2013 to study on the influencing factors of pollution Intensity of Printing and Dyeing Enterprises which is based on supply and demand analysis framework for pollution.Research indicates:1.the overall development of printing and dyeing industry is in a state of rising volatility in Shaoxing,but the growth rate slowed down,environmental pressures continue to increase,the situation is grim for environmental governance.2.Pollutant emission intensity for the printing and dyeing enterprises are influenced by the internal and external factors.Environmental regulation,social public pressure and market pressure have significant restraint effect on the intensity of enterprise sewage.Corporate environmental credit behavior the better,the higher the investment in pollution control,the closer the water source area and through the environmental certification system,the lower the intensity of the sewage.The use of cleaner production technology,low energy consumption of the printing and dyeing enterprises with low emission intensity;compared to other types of enterprises,large enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises sewage intensity is low.3.The impact of different factors on the intensity of emissions of enterprises in different directions.The comprehensive emission intensity is significantly positively correlated with enterprise energy consumption and enterprise location factors,And were negatively correlated with environmental behavior credit,pollution control investment,environmental certification,clean production,the nature of ownership,enterprise scale and other factors.4.Enterprises of different pollutants to influencing factors have different reflection degree.The intensity of wastewater discharge reflects strong on the energy consumption,environmental certification,cleaner production and property ownership;Environmental certification,cleaner production and enterprise scale and other indicators have greater impact on COD emissions intensity;The impacts of cleaner production,enterprise ownership and firm size on NH3-N emission intensity were significant.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions from government and enterprise:For the government,should further improve the environmental regulation and public oversight mechanisms;promote enterprises to increase efforts to reduce emissions,and improve industry access standards;For enterprise,should further improve the technical level,regularly updated equipment,reduce energy consumption,strengthen the technical training of staff,and consciously accept the environmental supervision.
