| Coking industry is one of the pillar industries in Shanxi Province.Since 40 years of reforming and opening,the coking enterprises developed rapidly,and it has greatly promoted the growth of economy of Shanxi Province.However,in the earlier period,the coking enterprises in Shanxi are small in scale,backward in technology,extensive in management and the rate of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is low,this leads to its rapid and disorderly expansion,scattered layout and serious environmental pollution,this is disadvantage for the sustainable development of coking industry in Shanxi.For this reason,since the 2003 years,the coking enterprise rectification works were carried out within the bounds of the entire province.Large-scale rectification of coking enterprise has greatly reduced environmental pollution caused by coking enterprise.The research on the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of Shanxi coking enterprises is of great significance to the long-term,healthy and sustainable development of Shanxi coking industry.However,the related research has not been reported at present.In this paper,chose the above-scale coking enterprises in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2016 as the research objects,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and the major influence factors of its quantity and yield are studied.On this basis,the relation between the coking enterprises and air quality and crop yield is also discussed.The study can provide some reference for understanding the current situation of the coking enterprises,promoting the rational adjustment of regional industrial structure layouts and realizing the sustainable development of coking industry in Shanxi Province.This paper obtains the area and spatial distribution information of coking enterprises by visual interpretation of the remote sensing images with 2m spatial resolution in 2000,2007 and 2016.On this basis,using adjacent index,Kernel Density Estimation,and Standard Deviational Ellipse,with the help of Arc GIS,SPSS and Excel software,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,the major influence factors and its influence on natural environment of Shanxi coking enterprises from 2000 to 2016 were studied.The results show that: 1.the results of remote sensing image interpretation show that the coking enterprises were mainly distributed in centre-south part of Shanxi Province,and the distribution characteristics of the coking enterprises in the centre-south is higher than in the northern area.2.the coking enterprises in Shanxi Province have significant spatial agglomeration distribution characteristics.The overall form an unbalanced spatial pattern.The cluster core of coking industry is showing a changing trend from northeast to southwest in 2000 to 2016.Most of the large-scale coking enterprises are concentrated in the Hongdong County,Qingxu County,Xiangyuan County,Hejin City,Xiaoyi City,Jiexiu City and Lucheng City in the south-middle of Shanxi Province,and forming an obvious industry agglomeration district of coking industrial.3.the slope,elevation,Relief Degree of Land Surface(RDLS),coking coal resources,highway and government development policies are the main influence factors of the coking industry distribution.The coking enterprises are mainly distributed in plains region with a slope less than 30 degrees,an elevation of less than 800 m,RDLS of less than 20 m and close to the main road.Besides,the coking enterprises are highly superposed the distribution region of coking coal resources 4.The coking industry has brought negative effect on the local air quality and crop yields.The correlation between the coke production and PM10,PM2.5,nitrogen dioxide(NO2),Sulfur dioxide(SO2),and other local environmental air quality monitoring indicators content was positive.But,the correlation between the coke yield and autumn grain yield,cereal yield,potato yield and legume yield was negative. |
