Integration And Application Of Various Teaching Methods Of Numerical Control Programming And Operation Course In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the national strategy of "made in China 2025" and the arrival of global industrial revolution,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation will be brought about.Secondary vocational schools should take this opportunity to further deepen the teaching reform.At present,the teaching method in the secondary vocational school teaching research has been relatively mature,but the single teaching method,teaching and further enhance the effect of space,for CNC programming and operation is an important specialized core curriculum of numerical control technology,the course teaching effect directly affect the training quality of nc technical persons.Therefore,it is imperative to integrate and apply various teaching methods in nc programming and operation course.On the basis of sorting out the teaching methods applied in the course of numerical control specialty,taking the numerical control programming and operation course of technical specialty of numerical control in secondary vocational school as an example,the systematic integration and application of teaching methods are explored.Firstly,the training objectives and specifications of numerical control professionals in secondary vocational schools were defined through literature method.Then,investigation and interview were conducted on secondary vocational schools and enterprises to analyze the needs of enterprises and problems in the application of teaching methods,and the integration and application feasibility of various teaching methods were expounded.This paper analyzes the teaching methods from the aspects of literature and teaching observation,finds out the shortcomings,integrates various teaching methods according to the characteristics of the course content,and forms the teaching method application system of nc programming and operation course.Under the condition that the teaching condition permits,this paper carries on the teaching experiment to the conformity many kinds of teaching methods,and carries on the comparison analysis to the effect evaluation.The purpose of exploring the integration and application of various teaching methods is to further improve the teaching effect,improve students' independent learning ability,change students' learning form and strengthen students' professional quality.It has a significant impact on improving teaching quality and level,improving students' learning interest and initiative,strengthening students' post ability and professional quality.
