The material metering and filling component is an important part of the bag packaging machine.For viscous sauces,especially viscous foods containing granules,such as hot pot bottom,bean paste,chili sauce,etc.,the metering accuracy and filling speed directly affect the technical performance of the packaging machine.The paper combines the technical problems of low measurement accuracy and slow filling speed of the rotary bag feeding machine of the cooperative enterprise,and carries out research on the key technology of precise metering and rapid filling of granular materials,and develops high-performance metering filling device.1.This paper focuses on viscous materials containing granules.Based on the analysis of viscous and flow characteristics of materials and the precise measurement of materials and packaging requirements for fast filling,double-spiral stirring,servo-driven metering,cylinder extrusion and blowing combined shut-off are proposed.The design scheme of the metered filling device for the viscous material combined with the cut-off is determined,and the design requirements of the metering filling device and the working cycle diagram of the mechanism are determined.2.The mixing uniformity of viscous materials containing granules directly affects the metering accuracy and metering speed of the materials.Based on the physical property analysis of viscous materials with granules,the method of agitating and conveying the bismuth-belt blades with viscous materials was proposed.The spiral agitation mechanism was designed by using the spiral conveying theory,and the finite element simulation software ANSYS was used to simulate and determine the spiral key parameters of the mixing mechanism3.The precise metering mechanism of the viscous material of servo motor drive and ball screw drive was determined.Based on the analysis of the viscous properties of the material,the theoretical analysis method was used to determine the pipeline section,structure size and main parameters of the quantitative cylinder.The design of precise metering mechanism for thick materials.4.Based on the need for filling valves to go deep into packaging bags,a scheme of using cam linkage mechanism to control the up and down motion of filling valves is proposed.According to the moving distance of filling valve,the size of connecting rod and cam contour are designed.Cam contour is solved by matlab,and kinematics simulation of cam linkage mechanism is carried out by Solidworks,which verifies the rationality of the designed cam linkage mechanism.
