Objective:In this paper,the research on the efficacy of vinegar health care by Chinese medicine and modern medicine is collected and summarized.The effective ingredients,mechanism of action and application research of vinegar and blood lipid reduction effect are summarized.Donghu health care vinegar with the effect of lowering triglyceride is promoted.Through the functional study on the anti-lipid effect of Donghu health care vinegar,the efficacy was verified,and its lipid-lowering effect,adaptation to the population,and health care value were scientifically evaluated,aiming to provide more dietary treatment for patients with hyperlipidemia.More help,and provide health care reference for healthy people,but also provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of lipid-lowering health vinegar products,so that it can be better applied and promoted.Methods:Literature search method:Through the methods of literature review and web search,collect books,literature and various materials on ancient and modern vinegar health care and blood lipid lowering,and sort out the domestic and international vinegar health care and blood lipid reduction.Research and development history,analysis and summary of the mechanism and application of vinegar and blood lipids,and research on the composition and advantages of Donghu health care vinegar and its blood lipid lowering effect,providing a theoretical basis for the efficacy of vinegar to lower blood lipid.Clinical observation method:According to the study protocol,26 subjects with dyslipidemia who met the inclusion criteria were screened,aged between 34 and 65 years.According to the principle of random single blind method,the randomized digital table method was used to divide the 26 subjects into 13 cases(experimental group)of Donghu health care vinegar group and 13 cases(control group)of blank control group.The experimental group received Donghu Health care Vinegar according to the recommended dosage of Donghu Health care Vinegar Edible Method.It was taken twice a day in the morning and evening,20 ml each time for 30 days.The control group was designed with blank control and the subjects were not given any drugs that affect lipid metabolism.The fasting serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were measured before and after the trial in both groups at 30 days.All experimental data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results:Comparison of changes in blood lipid levels:1.There were significant differences in serum triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the experimental group before and after the experiment,while there was no significant difference in serum total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).There was no significant difference in serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before and after the control group.2.After the intervention of Donghu Health care Vinegar,there was a significant difference in serum triglyceride(TG)levels between the experimental group and the control group,but serum total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.There was no significant difference in the(LDL-C)level.Comparison of efficacy:After the intervention of Donghu health care vinegar,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate of blood lipids between the experimental group and the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference in the effective rate of serum triglyceride(TG)between the two groups.The effective rate of serum triglyceride(TG)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;however,there was no significant difference in the effective rate of reducing serum total cholesterol(TC)and increasing serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C).Conclusion:According to the criteria of human food test results,the serum triglyceride index was positive in the experimental group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was not significantly lower than that of the control group.Therefore,it could be determined that Donghu health care vinegar had the effect of reducing triglyceride.The effect of vinegar on blood lipid lowering is of great value for research.The reduction of triglyceride in Donghu health care vinegar has obvious clinical effect,which can be applied in the daily diet treatment of patients with hypertriglyceridemia and is worthy of application and promotion.
