The mixing process is the core part of the tobacco manufacturing process,which is the key point to determine the quality of cigarette processing.In recent years,with the continuous development of Chinese-style cigarettes,the domestic tobacco production develops gradually from the extensive processing to the fine processing,new processing under the fine processing technology for Chinese-style cigarettes processing requires higher quality.Because of the large amount of physical deformation,temperature increasing and humidification,drying and dehumidification,there are many physical and chemical field coupling effects of gas,liquid,solid and chemical reaction,which is a very complicated physical and chemical process.Therefore the essential rules and quality evaluation of tobacco leaves,steam,water and aroma under the coupling of humidity,pressure,liquid and solid are the key to deepen the process of fine silk processing and to equip technical issues.In this paper,the effects of multi-physics coupling,mixing uniformity evaluation and key process parameters on the mixing effect were analyzed.Firstly,the mixing principle and main influencing factors of the mixed process of tobacco leaves were analyzed,and the main method of numerical simulation and mixed uniformity evaluation were given.Secondly,the flow-solid coupling simulation analysis framework was established,the influence of the key process parameters on the deformation and movement of tobacco leaves during the process of tobacco leaves dressing was clarified by coupling analysis.Thirdly,the uniformity evaluation index of tobacco leaves and material mixture was established,using the subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method to evaluate the mixing uniformity of the feed under different working conditions.By constructing the cloud model of the key process parameters of the tobacco leaves feeding process,the three-dimensional multi-rule reasoning generator is designed to evaluate the mixing uniformity of the feeding process under different working conditions.It is revealed that the uniformity of the mixing process is closely related to the process parameters.The results show that the mixing uniformity of the tobacco leaves feeding process is consistent with the change of the key process parameters.Finally,the mold feeding model and the correctness and effectiveness of the method of evaluating the yarn feeding and coupling method was verified by setting up the test of the tobacco leaves feeding system.The results of this paper revealed the essential rules of tobacco leaves' movement and mixing process in the process of tobacco leaves feeding,quantitatively analyzed the influence of key process parameters on the feeding process and its mixing effect,and realized the "white box".To promote the development of Chinese-style cigarettes characteristics of technology has an important theoretical significance and production value.
