With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,physical and mental health has become an important appeal for people to pursue a better life.Running is currently the main fitness and leisure project for the public,and it is an effective way for people to enhance their physical fitness and improve their sub-health status.The treadmill can get rid of the weather,time,venue and air pollution,so that people can run and exercise indoors and anywhere.It is one of the most popular sports and fitness equipment.As more and more people choose treadmill fitness,the evaluation of the fitness effect based on the treadmill is particularly important.However,the current fitness evaluation methods based on treadmills are subjective qualitative evaluations,and their scientific nature is open to question.In order to quantitatively evaluate the fitness effect and improve the safety and effectiveness of the treadmill fitness,this paper mainly carried out the following work:1.Three fitness evaluation indicators based on treadmill are proposed,which are effective fitness ratio,negative skewness distribution skewness coefficient and sports safety index,which are used to quantify the running fitness effect,and use analytic hierarchy process to determine this.The weighting values of the three indicators are used to derive the mathematical model for the evaluation of the fitness effect of the running platform,and the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the fitness effect is carried out.2.An exercise intensity adaptive control method based on fitness effectiveness evaluation index is proposed.Firstly,according to the runner's personal physique and fitness goals,the exercise intensity of personalized fitness is obtained,then the heart rate of the runner is measured and feedbacked in real time,and the slope and speed of the running platform are fully adjusted to ensure a higher effective fitness ratio and larger The negative skewness distribution skewness coefficient and the better sports safety index allow the runner to stay within the effective fitness intensity range for as long as possible.3.Developed a treadmill fitness system with high fitness effectiveness and safety,and completed the development of the system platform,business process design,database construction and client interface design.4.A test experiment to quantitatively evaluate the fitness effect was carried out.A total of40 test subjects were selected and tested using the treadmill fitness system developed in this paper.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method for quantitative evaluation of fitness effects were verified.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to compare thetraditional fitness method,the open-loop system motion intensity control method and the exercise intensity adaptive control method proposed in this paper.The results show that the user uses the motion intensity adaptive control method proposed in this paper.Fitness can get better fitness results.
