With the popularity of fitness for all,a large number of outdoor fitness facilities are installed in parks,communities,etc.However,the existing outdoor fitness facilities have few types,single functions and poor interaction,and most fitness facilities are suitable for single only.For parents who look after their children,fitness has become a luxury,and they can't do it at the same time.In view of the above problems,it is imperative to develop an outdoor parent-child fitness device integrating fitness and parent-child entertainment.In addition,the outdoor fitness facility is equipped with a spacious and sunny installation site,which is suitable for the use of solar power generation technology.The use of solar technology in the design is in line with the concept of today's green society.In order to realize the research goal of integrating fitness and parent-child entertainment,this paper carried out the following four aspects of research:(1)According to the requirements of parent-child fitness,three feasible outdoor parent-child interactive fitness programs were proposed.Then combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the three schemes are comprehensively and systematically compared from the aspects of performance,man-machine performance and economic performance.And the optimal scheme of outdoor parent-child interactive fitness device is determined.(2)The static human body size of adults and minors is analyzed from the perspective of human-machine adaptation,which provides a basis for the parameter design of the upper and lower limbs training mechanism of the parent-child interactive fitness device to improve the comfort level of the fitness person.By studying the related literatures of parent-child fitness apparatus at home and abroad,a parent-child fitness apparatus with pedal lower extremity exercise mechanism driven by connecting rod mechanism and upper extremity exercise mechanism based on lever principle is designed.Using CATIA software to put the parent-child fitness device and the human body model in the same vector environment,and analyze the range of motion during the upper and lower limbs exercise.The purpose is to evaluate whether the design of upper and lower limb exercise mechanism meets the requirements of ergonomics.Determine the speed and vibration frequency of the stepping motor in the upper limb exercise mechanism.Finally,the dynamic stability of parent-child fitness equipment is analyzed by modal analysis.(3)Static analysis and ANSYS simulation were carried out on key parts of the upper and lower limb exercise mechanism to verify the stability and durability.MATLAB software is used to analyze whether the child seat can reach the preset height within the range of motion allowed by the mechanism or human joint angle.Kinematic analysis was carried on the upper and lower limb exercise mechanism to observe the stability of the motion of the mechanism.(4)Aiming at the synchronization problem of pivot regulating mechanism,an independent control system is designed,and the hardware of the control system is designed.The prototype of parent-child fitness apparatus was made and tested to solve the problems in the process.Through the upper and lower limbs exercise test,it is verified whether the upper and lower limbs exercise can be completed by the device and whether the exercise effect can be achieved.The satisfaction degree of outdoor parent-child fitness equipment fitness comfort was investigated by Likert Quantitative Questionnaire.
