Production Technology Development Of High-end LC Glass Substrate Protective Paper

As the interleaving paper of LC glass,high-end LC glass substrate protective paper plays an important role in the process of manufacturing and transporting of LC glass,and has a broad market prospect.In this paper,the selection and proportion of fiber raw material,the optimization of pulping and papermaking process are adopted to improve fiber binding force and original paper sufficient tensile strength,good uniformity,bulk and stiffness.The paper is provided with good mildew proof technology.By controlling the system pH value,the substrate protective paper is slightly acidic to guarantee the stability of mildew proof performance of the paper.The technology of electrostatic dust removal is studied to improve the cleanliness of paper surface,prevent the attachment of fine dust,and meet the requirement of high purity and dust-free substrate protective paper.By learning the surface impregnation process,and controlling the appropriate electrical conductivity of the paper,to ensure that paper in the use has better electrostatic adsorption.(1)Exploration on optimization of raw materialsSelect the fiber raw materials with high strength and bulk,and the proportion is 35%to 40%of long fiber and 60%to 65%of short fiber.The water of repulping is SS below 2 mg/L,conductivity below 5us/cm,pH value between 6.8 and 7.2,and without obvious peculiar smell.(2)Research on pulping production processIt is advisable to use a low ratio of blade load,and mixed pulping method to reduce the proportion of fine fiber,so as to improve the paper strength.The beating degree should be controlled between 35-40°SR,and the paper strength should be improved on the premise of bulk by beating.Boric acid should be used as pH regulator and anti-mildew agent in the process of pulping.The PH should be controlled between 5.0 and 6.0 of pulp,and between 5.5 and 6.5 of finished paper.(3)Research on papermaking production processThe double-shake system can effectively improve the stiffness and uniformity of the paper,and reduce the probability of the paper falling and the suction range instability in the production of LC glass substrate;It is advisable to use CMC with viscosity less than 20mpa.s as surface sizing agent to enhance the paper strength.The concentration of surface sizing agent should be lower than 1.5%on the premise of enough paper surface strength.Soft roller brush dust removal is installed with soft calendering,and the rewinding with electrostatic dust removal equipment,which can effectively remove more than 95%of paper cutting powder,and has obvious effect on improving the surface cleanliness of high-end LC glass substrate protective paper.
