Research On The Present Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Farmers’ Participation In The Comprehensive Regulation Of Environment In Ninghai County

At present,the rural environment had caused great damage and pollution,limited the speed of development,reduced the quality of the living environment,even affected human health,had caused widespread concern around the world.Comprehensive improvement of the environment in rural areas throughout the country continued.Farmers as the dominant players in the rural environment,its environmental protection philosophy and actions have a significant effect on improving the rural environment.Therefore,the most widely mobilized farmers are involved in the comprehensive environmental improvement.Encouraging its conscious protection of the environment is of great significance.This article is based on 22 administrative villages in Xidian Town,Ninghai County,field survey of 230 households.Through the second-hand data collection method,we will sort out the overall situation of local environmental improvement.Using survey data to quantitatively analyze the changes in satisfaction and participation of local farmers before and after comprehensive environmental remediation.Using Data Analysis Method to Cross-analyze the Differences of Farmers’ Participation in Environmental Comprehensive Remediation of Different Social Characteristics,Cognition and Satisfaction.Analyze the problems existing in the comprehensive environmental improvement of Xidian Town.Propose feasible suggestions for the problem.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of satisfaction with comprehensive environmental remediation: Farmers had high satisfaction with the surrounding environment of production and living.The scores of the six variables of “environmental sanitation”,“infrastructure”,“comfort”,“satisfaction”,“convenience of reflecting problems” and “efficiency of dealing with problems” after the environmental remediation increased significantly.Farmers had a more positive positive effect on the comprehensive improvement of the environment.2.Analysis of the current situation of farmers’ participation in environmental comprehensive rectification: Farmers had low awareness of some aspects of comprehensive environmental improvement projects.The proportion of farmers participating in environmental remediation was very low.Farmers’ awareness of responsibility for environmental remediation was still insufficient.There was room for further improvement between farmers’ expectations of the environment and their own participation responsibilities.3.Different characteristics of farmers participating in environmental comprehensive remediation analysis:(1)The educational level of farmers had a positive impact on participation in sanitation activities and garbage classification and publicity activities.(2)Farmers’ identity characteristics had a significant impact on participation in waste classification and publicity and waste sorting.(3)Farmers’ gender had a significant impact on participation in waste sorting and disposal.(4)Farmers’ awareness had a significant impact on participation in sanitation activities.(5)The environmental satisfaction of farmers had a significant impact on the comprehensive improvement of the participating environment.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions were made:(1)To form a sense of responsibility for the people’s participation in the comprehensive improvement of the environment.Establish the regulation mechanism that is related to farmers’ interests and positively interacts with them.(2)Publicity and education to improve the comprehensive rectification of farmers’ environment.(3)Guide farmers to actively participate in environmental issues supervision.Expand channels for farmers to report environmental problems.Strengthen the quick and effective response mechanism.(4)We will explore comprehensive policies to improve the environment that will involve farmers.
