Despite the overcapacity of the bulk polypropylene products in China,a large number of special polypropylene products still need to be imported every year.Therefore,for the domestic polypropylene industry,how to increase the ratio of special polypropylene products,increase the development of new special polypropylene products and stabilize the quality of special polypropylene products is the key to improve the market competitiveness of special polypropylene products.Analyze the control means under high load and the difficulties such as large fluctuation of pre-contact reaction temperature,unstable reactor density control and unsmooth reactor discharge encountered under high load,as well as the production of polypropylene special materials.through that influence of the temperature of the pre-contact tank on the reaction yield;Reactor pressure,downstream system pressure adjustment and reaction discharge;The influence of additives on the product quality was studied,and the solution for high load operation of polypropylene plant and the development idea and subsequent quality improvement measures for the production of special materials were put forward.In the production process of polypropylene special material,the influence of ethylene content in ethylene-propylene rubber on ethylene-propylene rubber particle size and the ratio of molecular weight of ethylene-propylene rubber phase to that of continuous phase on ethylene-propylene rubber particle size were studied.It was found that the impact resistance of polypropylene is improved by polymerizing a part of ethylene-propylene rubber phase components on the homopolymerize polypropylene matrix,and the particle size control of ethylene-propylene rubber phase is adjusted by the compatibility of ethylene-propylene rubber phase and continuous phase in impact polypropylene so as to greatly improve the transparency of the material on the basis of ensuring high impact resistance.
