In our country,there are large reserves of phosphate ore resources,but it has a large proportion of low-grade colloidal phosphate,which has a fine grain size and difficulty in sorting.In order to get the ideal phosphorus concentrate,the phosphate ore has to be reduced to a small degree to realize the dissociation of the monomer.Therefore,the cost of grinding is always high.In order to effectively reduce the cost of grinding operation,reducing the production cost of the whole flotation plant,now,from the grinding medium for factory grinding equipment of kunyang phosphate rock,the ball mill for grinding medium material,filling rate,and other aspects of the adjustment,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the grinding cost.The experiment was carried out on the experimental study of the ball mill in the production site of the kunyang phosphate mine.Before the experiment,the grinding medium used in the mill equipment of the kunyang phosphate mill was made of cast steel ball.Due to the defect of the casting steel ball and other limitations,make the experiment of kunyang phosphate factory grinding equipment,load rate,loss of steel ball grinding machine and grinding efficiency were affected by a lot.This experiment will use original casting steel ball replacement for hot-rolled steel ball,changed the use of materials,grinding medium and the ratio of steel ball,steel ball die erste installation ball ratio and adding proportion,the exploratory research on steel ball filling rate test,make improvements of grinding operation field grinding equipment,ideal results are obtained.Experiments prove that,in view of kunyang apatite factory grinding equipment,the use of hot rolled steel ball is casting steel ball than can effectively reduce the breakage rate of steel ball,Loss of circular deformation,in turn,reduced the loss of mill cylinder screen damaged,sand pump,death or damage to,and so on and so forth.For the normal operation of the grinding equipment and has a huge contribution to the improvement of grinding efficiency,and based on the ratio of steel ball,steel ball fill rates,such as optimization,makes the mill compared experiment before the machine,load rate,grinding efficiency and grinding etc all have obvious improve,and significantly reduce the production cost.Through the adjustment of grinding equipment in a series of grinding equipment in kunyang,the direct economic benefit of the mill is RMB 63.43 million in 2014,and there is also an inestimable indirect economic benefit.
