With the development of modern science and technology,the process and equipment of crude oil processing tend to be more automated and complicated,which requires the front-line staff of crude oil processing to master the process operation as well as the specific operation of related equipment.Therefore,it is extremely important to train high-level front-line staff in line with the trend of the industry.The traditional simulation training system mainly focuses on two-dimensional process training.The trainees can not understand the real crude oil processing production environment through training,and little is known about the equipment operation involved.At the same time,the trainees chose training projects blindly because they had no overall understanding of crude oil treatment in their self-study.All these drawbacks lead to the training effect of traditional simulation training system is unable to meet the requirements of enterprises increasingly.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional two-dimensional simulation training above,this paper designs a crude oil processing simulation system based on VR.This paper designs a crude oil treatment simulation system based on VR.The main work includes:1)The study of the recommendation algorithm for simulation training of crude oil processing.Through the analysis and comparison of the commonly used recommendation algorithms,collaborative filtering algorithm is selected as the main method to solve the blindness of trainees in choosing training programs.Combined with the characteristics of crude oil processing training,the traditional collaborative recommendation algorithm is improved,and targeted training programs are recommended for target students,so as to improve the blind selection of trainees.2)The system structure of crude oil treatment simulation training system based on C/S structure is designed.The system is divided into virtual scene subsystem and skill training subsystem and designed separately.3)The virtual scene subsystem is designed in detail.By using 3ds Max and Maya software to conduct 3D modeling of crude oil processing equipment and production scenes,Unity 3D is used as the virtual reality platform.In the end,data communication between Unity 3D platform and OPC Server is realized to ensure accurate data transmission.While maintaining the advantages of traditional 2d simulation training software,it also solves the disadvantages that it cannot present the real oil processing production environment.4)The skill training subsystem is designed in detail.The recommendation function is integrated into the main interface of the student station and the simulation system,and the recommendation strategy of the new and old students is designed,which solves the blind problem that the students choose the training project when they study independently.In addition,through the design of the animation state machine in Unity 3D,the disassembly and training of the equipment in the virtual reality environment are realized,which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional two-dimensional simulation training system that cannot effectively train the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
