The Virtual Design Of Furniture Based On Unity 3D

With the rapid growth of economy and the rapid development of information technology,virtual reality technology has gradually become familiar to people.The application products of various virtual reality technology have gradually come into our daily life,and have been favored by a large number of consumers.At the same time,with the increasing demand for Custom Design,the traditional furniture design mode has been unable to meet the individual needs of consumers.Virtual reality technology,with its simulation of real environment,virtual interaction and other characteristics,can be combined with traditional furniture design,so as to meet the consumer's different needs for personalized furniture design,which provides a new design idea for the application of virtual reality technology in the home industry.The research focus of this paper is how to use Unity 3D virtual reality platform combined with virtual furniture design,so that consumers can participate in the design of personalized furniture.so as to meet the different needs of consumers in furniture design.The new Chinese style furniture is not only with the connotation of Chinese traditional culture,but also in accordance with the modern aesthetic needs of the furniture style,this virtual furniture design practice will take the new Chinese style furniture design as an example.In this paper,based on the comprehensive analysis of virtual reality technology,taking the new Chinese style furniture design as an example,the application of Unity 3D virtual reality platform in the virtual furniture design is carried out,and the following work is completed.1.The analysis of Unity 3D virtual reality platform.By analyzing and comparing different virtual reality platform technologies,the main features of Unity 3D virtual reality platform and the platform application development process are summarized.The cases of Unity 3D virtual reality platform application are analyzed and summarized,and the feasibility of Unity 3D in furniture virtual design is obtained.2.New Chinese style furniture concept design.The virtual furniture design of this project is taking the new Chinese style furniture design as an example.Through the literature research and market research,this paper analyzes the style and development trend of the new Chinese style furniture,and puts forward the new Chinese style furniture design.3.Virtual furniture design application of the new Chinese style furniture based on Unity 3D.The Unity 3D virtual reality platform is used to establish a new Chinese style furniture virtual design system.The system mainly includes the selection of furniture style and material,the display of furniture structure and size,and the virtual roaming of furniture display environment.
