Analysis On The Landscape Pattern And The Suitability Of Land Use Ecology In The Expansion Area Of Zhuzhou Jianning Economic Development Zone

The original Zhuning City Jianning Development Zone is close to the urban commercial center.Most of the buildings were built earlier.The non-industrial land such as residential buildings occupied a large proportion,and the industrial land area was relatively small.Therefore,the industrial economic development of the development zone was affected.Greatly suppressed.According to the original plan,Hunan Zhuzhou Jianning Economic Development Zone focuses on the development of machinery manufacturing,wood processing and apparel industry.However,at present,Jianning Development Zone has no space for sustainable development and development value,which is far from the strategic requirements of the municipal and district governments to build a 100 billion apparel industry cluster.After many studies and investigations by the Management Committee of Hunan Zhuzhou Yunlong Demonstration Zone,it is proposed to expand the Jianning Development Zone.With the development of regional development and construction activities,it will inevitably have a series of impacts on the landscape pattern,land use nature and ecological appearance of the region,bringing a series of ecological and environmental problems.Therefore,while expanding the area,it is also necessary to reduce or avoid the series of impacts of regional development and construction activities on the ecological environment.This paper analyzes the landscape pattern and land use ecological suitability and eco-environmental impact assessment for the expansion plan of Zhuzhou Jianning Economic Development Zone.This is the premise to reduce the adverse impact of the expansion of the district on the regional ecological environment,and also to ensure the Zhuzhou Jianning economy.An important step in achieving sustainable development in the development zone.The main contents of this paper are:1)the landscape pattern analysis of expansion planning.By analyzing the present situation of land use in Jianning Economic Development Zone and the planning of land use after expansion,and comparing the landscape pattern elements such as land type and structure before and after planning,it is found that the area of residential land has been reduced from 186.59 hectares to 79.32 hectares after planning,which is half of that before,while the industrial land has increased by 41.25%.Then the rationality of landscape pattern planning is analyzed.Because the purpose of expansion is to promote the industrialization process,the increase of industrial land after planning and the decrease of residential land meet the overall requirements of expansion planning,which is also consistent with the overall spatial layout of "one core,two districts and four bases" proposed by the planning.2)the analysis of ecological suitability of land use in expanded area planning.Natural environment,socio-economic environment and ecological environment were selected as the influencing factors to analyze the ecological suitability of the expanded land.Then determine the weight of each selection factor,and then calculate by factor weighting score.After the expansion,the ecological suitability score of the park was 66,and the ecological suitability was in the "appropriate" grade.3)Through the investigation and evaluation of the current situation of the atmospheric,water,sound,soil environment and other ecological environment quality in the expansion area,the impact of the implementation of the planning plan on the ecological environment was analyzed.It is found that after the implementation of the scheme,the ecosystem in the expanded area will be transformed from agricultural ecosystem to urban ecosystem,and the environmental pollution in the area will be aggravated.Therefore,the following countermeasures and mitigation measures are put forward:reducing the emission of atmospheric pollutants to ensure the use of clean energy;limiting the water consumption index of industries in the expansion area to speed up the construction progress of sewage pipes;strengthening the regional ecological environment management and preserving the relatively complete natural green space in the region.Collection of domestic waste,landfill disposal,construction waste dump and industrial solid waste.
