ObjectiveThrough analyzing and comparing the expression of lymphocyte apoptosis and apoptosis related factors in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers in Shandong Province under different low-dose X-ray irradiation,we understand the status quo of occupational health and immune function of radiation workers in Shandong Province.Objective To investigate the effects of low dose ionizing radiation on cellular immune function of radiation workers.MethodsCollecting and analyzing the occupational health examination data and individual dose test results of radiation workers in Shandong Province in the past five years,and treating them statistically.According to different gender,different types of work,different ages,and different units,we conducted group comparisons and SPSS statistical analysis.Categorize and analyse meaningful differences in results.Under the condition of recognition and volunteering,more than 150 radiation workers from Shandong Province were selected,and after signing the informed consent,blood was collected from the peripheral veins.After grouping,low-dose radiation irradiation at different doses was carried out under the linear accelerator according to experimental design.At 4°C,timely delivery to the laboratory for lymphocyte extraction,staining and incubation,and after 12 H,cell examination with flow cytometry,The expression of apoptosis of lymphocytes and related factors of APC and BCL-2 in different jobs and at different doses were statistically analyzed under the same experimental conditions.ResultsThe results of occupational health of Radiology workers in Shandong province showed significant differences in hemoglobin,white blood cell and platelet counts and chromosome aberrations over five consecutive years from 2013 to 2017.Its micronuclear rate has a decreasing trend for 4 consecutive years(?~2=27.900,P>0.05).Compared with other groups,the mean of hemoglobin,white blood cell and platelet count and the chromosome aberration rate and microkaryotic rate of lymphocytes were significantly different between the imaging group and the industrial group.With the extension of the length of service,the mean of white blood cells and hemoglobin in radiology workers gradually increased,and the difference between platelet mean groups was significant.Micronuclear rate was not significantly different according to length of service.There was no significant difference in chromosome aberration rate between different length of service(?~2=0.213,P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression level of CD3 between different dose groups in peripheral blood CD3 and FAS expression and T lymphocyte apoptosis(F=3.567,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the expression levels of FAS(F=0.100,P>0.05);The differences between Q2,Q3,and Q2+3 were not statistically significant(F values were less than 1,P>0.05).In different occupational groups,the expression level of CD3 among different occupational groups was statistically significant in the expression of peripheral blood CD3 and FAS and T lymphocyte apoptosis(F=2.852,P<0.05);The difference in the level of expression of FAS was statistically significant(F=23.1900,P<0.05);The differences between Q2,Q3,and Q2+3 were not statistically significant(F values were less than 1,and P>0.05).There were significant differences in the expression level and early apoptosis Q2 ratio between imaging group and nuclear medicine group and imaging group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results between the interventional group and the nuclear medicine group.ConclusionThe average changes of peripheral hemoglobin,white blood cell and platelet count of radiologists working in low-dose ionizing radiation environment in Shandong province were not statistically significant,and long-term low-dose ionizing radiation did not lead to changes in external blood routine.The microkernel rate has a tendency of decreasing year by year,and its mechanism needs to be further studied.industrial application group is a key group of radiation protection and publicity supervision.The changes of blood routine and radiogenetics of Radiology in radiology workers aged 40 to 50 need to be further analyzed and discussed.Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation does have a certain degree of influence on the immune system.In addition,the response of the immune system to ionizing radiation in the human body will also have different forms of response,depending on the size of the dose.Relatively speaking,at lower doses of X-ray stimulation,the body's immune response system performance does not have a clear regularity.After a slightly larger dose of X-ray stimulation,the body's immune response can show a more consistent trend.The main manifestations are the decrease of CD3 level?the increase of FAS expression level and the inhibition of advanced apoptosis.The performance of early apoptosis is not yet accurate.
