With the continuous improvement of the level of scientific and technological productivity,the clothing industry changes with each passing day.Three-dimensional anthropometric technology,garment template automatic generation technology and clothing CAD technology are developing rapidly.The research on garment structure design and parametric design based on 3D anthropometry is two important links in the production of modern garment industry.At present,some garment enterprises in our country have realized the automation of production,but the automatic design and generation technology of garment template based on three-dimensional scanning measurement is not mature enough in practice.The auto-generation technology of clothing template can greatly improve the production efficiency of clothing enterprises and meet the needs of modern consumers' fast-paced lifestyle.Therefore,it is of great market value and significance to study the parametric relationship model of garment template based on 3D scanning measurement.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the history of Qipao's development up to now,and finds out the research status of Qipao and parameterized template design through the review of the literature.In this paper,we collect the human body data of female college students by using Bowigh Heng-Xin's three-dimensional body scanner,and learn the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the plane plate making method and the three-dimensional cutting method.It lays a theoretical foundation for the automatic generation of Qipao template.Secondly,four structural design methods of Qipao template are selected in Qipao related data and BOKE database,and the neck circumference,shoulder width,chest circumferenc,waist circumference hip circumference and sleeve length,which involved in the four structural design methods are used as three-dimensional scanning and manual measurement parts.Through descriptive analysis of the data,the linear regression relationship between the three-dimensional measurement data and the manual measurement data is obtained.Provide high precision dimension data for the structure design of Qipao template.Then according to the subjective evaluation of the four structural design methods were analyzed and compared,and then accord:ing to the four methods to board and make sample clothing,select 10 professionals to the body,collar and sleeves of four samples for static evaluation analysis.The optimum structural design method of the whole cheongsam is obtained,and the steps of parametric design structural drawing are determined.Finally,the characteristics of female figure are analyzed,and the drawing methods of shoulder slant line,sleeve arc line,chest province,refinement and optimization of Qipao structure design method are put forward,and the parameterized design of cheongsam template is carried out.An example is given to illustrate the application of Qipao CAD template parameterized relational model in Qipao structure design.
