Study On The Existing Problems In The Implementation Of Environmental Protection Policy Of Local Government

Environment is an important guarantee for the survival of human society.It provides basic means of production for social development and concerns human health.Since the reform and opening up,China's economic level has been improving day by day,but at the same time,more and more problems have arisen in environmental quality,which has aroused more and more people's attention.Regarding environmental protection,local governments play an indispensable role in it.In view of the increasing environmental problems,relevant departments have made corresponding measures,such as formulating and promulgating a large number of laws,regulations and government regulations related to environmental protection.Policy implementation is a very important part of the policy process.The implementation of environmental protection policy,a very complex social practice,is constrained by many problems in its implementation,which easily leads to the deviation between the final results of policy implementation and policy objectives and policy values.Therefore,it is necessary to study the implementation of environmental protection policy.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is introduction.This part mainly combs the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part explains the relevant theories of local government environmental protection policy implementation,and explores the relevant factors affecting the implementation of environmental protection policy,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this article.The third part,taking Jining as an example,points out the problems existing in the implementation of environmental protection policies by local governments.The fourth part analyses the causes of these problems and points out the crux of the problems in the implementation of localgovernment environmental protection policies.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
