The circulating canned pump belongs to the electromechanically integrated non-hermetic pump,uses the transmission medium as the circulating fluid to cool the motor and lubricate the bearing,and is widely used in various fields of the national economy because of its absolutely no leakage.However,the circulating canned pump has a very special structure and working principle,which makes the circulating canned pump have low efficiency and high energy consumption.Therefore,the research of the circulating canned pump has become one of the current hotspots.This article focuses on two circulating canned pumps for Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s 100,000-ton/year alkoxide project.The analysis of slurry pump circulation faults and their causes have led to the study of the erosion wear behavior of the circulating shield components.Discussion on the flow characteristics of the internal flow field of the circulating canned pump and its effect on the cooling flow channel A comprehensive study was conducted on the circulating canned pump purchased by Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemicals.The main work and results achieved were:Firstly,the working principle,structure and technical characteristics of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemicals procurement cycle-shielded pump were studied.The slurry circulation was analyzed from the perspectives of slurry circulation pump selection and selection,impeller failure,drainage failure and startup failure.The pump failure and its causes,finally,combined with the actual production,proposed a method to reduce the failure of the circulating pump.Then,taking into consideration the excellent hydraulic model,using advanced design methods,and based on the theory of two-phase flow,binary flow,etc.,a cyclic shielded pump impeller was designed.The curve of the blade is more suitable for the circulation pump to convey the slurry flow state and reduce the parts of the circulating pump.Impingement and hydraulic loss achieve effective reduction of impeller wear.At the same time,based on the structural features of the thermal barrier coating,an erosion finite element simulation model was established for the designed circulating shield pump impeller,and the particle was hit by the impeller according to the simulation results.Analytical research was conducted.Finally,the FLUENT software was used to simulate the internal flow field of the circulation circuit of the canned pump.The distribution of the flow field inside the cooling flow channel was obtained.The study shows that the Dalian Empire shielded electricity purchased by Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co.,Ltd.The pump can ensure that there is a constant static pressure in the main body of the cooling flow path;the maximum value of the total pressure is the position where the flow path is more likely to be damaged at the connection position of the flow path inlet and the flow path body;the velocity of the fluid at the bottom of the shield sleeve is compared Low,easily accumulate heat and cause gasification.This article systematically studies the pump fault diagnosis,the impeller design,and the flow of wear and cooling fluid in the internal flow field of the circulating canned pump purchased by Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemicals Co.,Ltd.,which can provide guidance for the use of the slurry circulating canned pump.Slurry circulation canned pump life prediction provides theoretical support.
