In order to explore the environmental pollution caused by the odorous gases of NH3 and H2S produced during the composting process,this study uses a composite reactor as a test device,which is treated by acid solution washing,alkaline solution washing,microbial agents,etc.Under the conditions of gas concentration and intake air volume,the removal efficiency of NH3 and H2S in the reactor was studied.The optimal removal conditions of NH3 and H2S were studied by optimization experiments to remove the odorous gases such as NH3 and H2S during the future composting process.Provide an application foundation.The specific research results are as follows:1.It is confirmed by different conditions that the best effect of acidic solution on NH3 removal rate is pH 2-3.The best removal effect of alkaline washing on H2S is pH 8-10;the most suitable for removing NH3 and H2S The intake air flow rate is 50L/h,the removal rates are 76.58%and 81.52%respectively;the most suitable intake air concentration for removing NH3 and H2S is 800 mg/m3,and the removal rate is about 95%.2.Among the 37 strains screened,LBC-11 had a better removal effect on NH3 under the condition of intake air volume of 50 L/h and air intake concentration of 800 mg/m3,and the removal rate was 93.08%;G-marsh-12 pairs of H2S removal effect is better,the removal rate is 94.1%.3.It is proved by optimization experiments that the optimal removal conditions for NH3 and H2S in the composite deodorizer designed in this test are:when the inlet concentration is 785mg/m3,the inlet flow rate is 40L/h,and the pH of the acidic washing solution is 2.0.The pH of the alkaline washing solution is 8.5,the removal rate of LBC-11 and NH3 is the highest;the inlet concentration is 780 mg/m3,the inlet flow rate is 42 L/h,the pH of the acidic washing solution is 2.4,and the pH of the alkaline washing solution is 8.4,G-Muma-12,H2S has the highest removal rate.
