| 2,3-dicyanopropionate is an important intermediate for the synthesis of phenylpyrazole derivatives insecticides,based on the references,the synthesis methods of 2,3-dicyanopropionate were summarized,deep studies were made on new synthetic technology of ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate,the methods for middle-controlled analysis and product detection were established,the structure of intermediate and target compound were conflirmed.The synthesis of 2,3-dicyanopropionate utilizing 2-(cyanomethyl)-1,3-diethyl easter which was prepared with diethyl malonate,glycolonitrile,dimethylformamide and potassium carbonate,through aminlation with cupric sulfate and ammonium hydroxide;phosgenation with bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate of single ester.Glycolonitrile was not necessary to be purified from aqueous solution in the first step,the second step was carried out under atmospheric conditions using ammonia catalyst,final products were produced by solid phosgene,this process was characterized by easy operation,cheap raw materials,high yield reaching 84%,moderate reaction conditions and not involving metal cyanides. |
