Dianchi Lake is one of the most polluted plateau lakes in China.Environmental protection and sewage treatment of Dianchi Lake have become an important issue for sustainable development of ecological environment in China.Since the 1990s,the government began to control the water pollution in Dianchi Lake,and the sewage treatment situation in the main urban area of Kunming has been significantly improved.However,with the change of life style and production mode,the pollution caused by rural sewage to Dianchi Lake is more and more serious,and the output of rural sewage is increasing every year.Therefore,controlling rural sewage is the key to control the water pollution in Dianchi Lake,and is also one of the difficulties.Domestic sewage in rural areas is an important part of rural sewage.It is a feasible means to treat domestic sewage by establishing treatment facilities in Dianchi Basin to collect and unify domestic sewage.At present,sewage treatment facilities have been established in most areas of the basin,effectively completing the collection and treatment of domestic sewage,greatly reducing the pollution hazards to Dianchi Lake.With the further development of pollution prevention and control in Dianchi Lake,the number,scale and scope of sewage treatment facilities have increased dramatically,and the difficulty of water quality monitoring and facilities management has increased day by day.The basic information of sewage treatment facilities and the large amount of sewage treatment information generated in the operation and management process of sewage treatment facilities are in urgent need of scientific management and analysis.In view of the specific needs of information management and analysis of sewage treatment in Dianchi Basin,this paper designs and develops a monitoring information system for the quality of rural domestic sewage treatment in Dianchi Basin,which helps relevant departments to protect and control Dianchi Lake.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Analyze the difficulties faced by rural sewage treatment in Dianchi Basin and the treatment process of relevant departments.(2)Study the technology needed in the development system,mainly WebGIS technology,based on front-end HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript language,back-end PHP language,MySQL database and MVC design pattern.(3)Participate in outdoor collection and indoor treatment of sewage facility information and water quality monitoring data,design and build the database of water quality monitoring data and sewage facility information.(4)Design and successfully develop the water quality monitoring information system for rural domestic sewage treatment in Dianchi basin.The system realizes the functions of input,audit,editing,analysis,visualization management of sewage treatment facilities,visualization display of spatial distribution of sewage treatment water quality and data import and export.(5)The system has been applied in the Dianchi Basin Sewage Treatment Department to assist the relevant departments in the protection and treatment of Dianchi Lake.
