Water is an indispensable ecological environment for human survival and a basic and strategic resource for the whole social development.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the city,a large number of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater into Dianchi Lake,causing Dianchi Lake to become China's most polluted plateau lakes.At present,water pollution and water shortages are gradually restricting the socio-economic development of Kunming.In order to prevent pollution of Dianchi Lake,Kunming has established a considerable scale of sewage treatment system and reclaimed water use system,its sewage treatment and resource recycling work has been at the forefront of the country.However,due to historical reasons and traditional management methods,Kunming City sewage treatment and water resources recycling information construction is far behind the construction of infrastructure,has been unable to meet the Kunming modern water conservancy facilities operation and management needs,but can not meet The whole city development needs.In this paper,based on the practical application of sewage treatment and reclaimed water management in Kunming,this paper comprehensively applied geo-spatial information mapping technology,WebGIS technology and spatial database technology to study and develop "Dianchi Lake Basin Wastewater Treatment and Recycled Water Utilization Visualization Information Platform"to realize Dianchi Lake Basin Sewage treatment and the use of recycled water scientific and informative management.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Analysis of Kunming sewage treatment and recycling water use information management of the status quo,the demand for platform analysis.(2)Research and analysis GPS technology,WebGIS development technology and spatial database technology in-depth.(3)Participation in the geographical location of the relevant geographical elements(including sewage treatment plants,drainage pipelines,municipal public drainage pumping stations,reclaimed water treatment plants,regulating reservoirs,reclaimed water pipelines,etc.)in Dianchi Lake Basin,which are related to the location and attribute data of wastewater treatment and reclaimed water use in Dianchi Lake Basin With the industry to deal with.(4)Design and construct the spatial database of sewage treatment and reclaimed water use in Dianchi Lake Basin.(5)With ArcGIS as the development platform,based on WebGIS development technology,the visualization information platform of Dianchi Lake Basin wastewater treatment and reclaimed water utilization with spatial query,spatial analysis,online editing of data,thematic map production and spatial coordinate transformation are designed and developed.The platform has been put into the practical application of Kunming Municipal Wastewater Treatment and Recycling Water Management Department,which provides comprehensive and accurate basic data and scientific decision support for Kunming water environment improvement and Dianchi Lake pollution control.
