In this article,a variety of PAN/TPU and PAN/POE thermoplastic resin composites were prepared from polyacrylonitrile and polyurethane and polyolefin thermoplastic resins.The mechanical properties were studied.It includes the following three aspects:1.PAN nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning method to determine the optimal spinning conditions.The PAN nanofiber membrane was subjected to hot stretching treatment to improve the orientation and crystallinity of the fiber membrane,and the mechanical properties were improved by 111%.The PAN/TPU and PAN/POE thermoplastic resin composites were prepared by impregnation of PAN nanofiber membranes and thermoplastic resins.By comparing the mechanical properties,the fracture strength and modulus from the matrix to the composites were significantly improved.From pure TPU to h-PAN2/TPU composites,the breaking strength increased by about 128%;pure POE to h-PAN2/POE composites increased by about 129%;h-PAN2 in PAN/TPU thermoplastic resin materials was 5.6%,when the content of PAN/POE thermoplastic resin composite is 6.7%,the tensil properties of the composite are the largest,which is the best composite ratio.2.In order to improve the tensil properties,multi-walled carbon nanotubes were added to the PAN nanofiber membrane.The fracture strength was the highest at 0.5% and the tensil properties were improved by 24%.After hot stretching treatment,PAN/MWCNTs/TPU and PAN/MWCNTs/POE thermoplastic resin composites were synthesized by impregnation method,and the fracture strength increased by about 42% and 36%,respectively,compared with PAN/TPU and POE;h-The PAN/MWCNTs/TPU materials with PAN/MWCNTs orientation composites have the highest breaking strength at 4.5%,while the PAN/MWCNTs/POE thermoplastic resin composites have the highest breaking strength at 6.7%.3.Adding halloysite nanotubes based on PAN nanofiber membrane.When the content of halloysite is 15%,the breaking strength is the largest,and the tensil properties are improved by 48%.The PAN/HNTs/TPU and PAN/HNTs/POE thermoplastic resin composites were synthesized by hot-drawing,and the fracture strength was increased by about 20% and 31%,respectively,compared with PAN/TPU and POE;h-PAN/ The PAN/HNTs/TPU thermoplastic resin composite formed by the combination of HNTs oriented fiber membrane and polyurethane has the maximum breaking strength at the content of 4.5%,and the PAN/HNTs/POE thermoplastic resin composite formed by the composite with polyolefin is in the reinforcing material content.The breaking strength reached the maximum at 6.7%.The tensil properties of the nanofiber membrane are greatly improved by the orientation of the fibers and the addition of additives.The increase in tensil properties of composites is attributed to the modulus,fracture strength and matrix-nanofiber interfacial bonding strength of PAN nanofiber membranes.Good interfacial bonding enhances the tensil properties of the composites.The degree of orientation of the nanofiber membrane and the arrangement of the fibers in the space cause the pore diameters to be different,which in turn affects the immersion morphology of the polyurethane and the polyolefin thermoplastic resin,thereby affecting the interface bonding strength between the matrix and the reinforcing material.It is indicated that the composite material regulates the properties of the composite through the interfacial layer interface,fracture and failure mechanism.
