The petrochemical industry plays a very important role in the development of China,but now most of the chemical plant equipment is old,the degree of automation is not high,the production efficiency is low,and there is a big gap between quality,cost and safety compared with developed countries.In this paper,the following work has been done on the problem that the automation of the polymer drilling and completion fluid production in the liquid workshop of Jingzhou Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.is not high and the temperature control of the polymer drilling and completion fluid synthesis reaction is not accurate.Firstly,the distributed control system is studied,and then according to the actual situation of the chemical plant,a wireless distributed control system scheme conforming to the chemical plant is proposed.Then the structure of the batch reactor production system and the production process of the polymer are introduced.It is determined that the temperature control in the whole wireless distributed control system is the focus of research.After the temperature control is the core of the control,after learning the relevant mathematical modeling knowledge,it is determined that the batch reactor is mathematically modeled by the experimental method,and the mathematical model of the temperature control system is obtained.Then the various control theories are studied,and the PID and fuzzy PID control algorithms are modeled and simulated.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two,the fuzzy PID control scheme is finally determined.Then,the hardware scheme of the wireless distributed control system is determined through analysis,mainly by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various technical solutions,and selecting the most suitable site solution.Finally,ZigBee is selected as the wireless communication scheme,and then the hardware design of the terminal node and the gateway node is performed..Finally,the software of the wireless distributed control system is designed.In the software design process,the communication of the wireless distributed control system needs to be studied in depth to ensure the stable operation of the system.The software design of the wireless distributed control system includes: the software design of the terminal node,its function is to detect the data of the reaction process of the reaction kettle,and then upload the detected data,receive the instructions of the upper computer,execute the requirements of the instruction;the gateway software design,because The host computer uses Ethernet to receive data,and uses the TCP/IP protocol,while the lower computer uses the ZigBee network.Therefore,it is necessary to design a gateway to realize stable transmission of data between the two networks.The upper computer software design and the upper computer function include implementation.The fuzzy PID controller,the fuzzy PID controller takes the received temperature as the input quantity,and transmits the calculated output quantity to the terminal node to control the thyristor power controller and the cooling water electric regulating valve to control the temperature of the reactor,and receive The data generated by the workshop and the data are presented directly to the manager,and the terminal node is commanded according to the manager's command.
