At present,the rolling machine on the market is used to process circular steel skeletons,and the processing of special-shaped steel frame efficiency is low.Besides,the rolling machine control system always use the relay control or PLC control method,so the effect of rolling machine need to improve the degree of automation.Therefore,it is necessary to exploit a kind of rolling mill control system that can be used to process the special pipe steel frame,which can improve the processing quality of special pipe steel frame.This paper takes the special pipe steel skeleton automatic reducing rolling machine as the research object,we put forward a set of the most suitable scheme of the current control system of roll welding machine through the analysis of the rolling machine structure and working principle.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)According to the working characteristics of special pipe steel skeleton automatic reducing seam welder,proposed PLC network and 485 bus two different rolling machine control system schemes.Through the comparison of two schemes in structure and cost,we choose the control system based on 485 bus and ZigBee.Finally,and for the design of the control system with the hardware configuration in detail.(2)Analysis of the 48 longitudinal reinforcement automatic diameter change when the automatic variable diameter rolling machine steel frame with different cross section.Consider the problem that the process of adjusting mechanism on 48 stepper motor in welding of steel framework will also be with the rotating mechanism,so we design the rolling machine of ZigBee wireless transmission technology of multi-axis motion control system,and build on the stepper motor ZigBee control network of the rolling machine the detailed design and analysis.(3)Consider the request of the rolling machine process the variable cross section steel frame,put forward the requirement of synchronous control of multi-stepper motor in variable diameter mechanism of rolling mill,we proposed the control scheme that based on improved adjacent deviation coupling control structure scheme of variable universe fuzzy PID from the two aspects of multi-stepper motor synchronous control structure and control strategy research and analysis,and use the Matlab/Simulink to simulate and verify the variable universe fuzzy PID control scheme.(4)Use the Visual Studio 2012 as the rolling welding machine control software development platform,explain the detailed design of the software architecture,and describe the design method of key programs.Besides,the control system use SQL Server 2012 as the database,and establish information database with the rolling machine in practical.
