Human resource management is a series of processes in which enterprises formulate relevant plans according to strategic development goals and integrate resources for employees.Human resource management has a very important position and role for enterprises.From the perspective of strategic development,human resources are the sustainable wealth that modern enterprises have.In today's era,there is a huge scientific and technological revolution that is emerging and constantly changing the world.This is the"big data"that has been mentioned all over the world recently.The emergence of big data has changed people's work and learning,and the associations that have arisen when dealing with different things have become more,and these changes have brought technological innovation to the world.For enterprises,the introduction of "Big Data" technology may cause an increase in management costs,but from a long-term perspective,new management thinking and methods may have an unexpected effect on the future development of enterprises.After arranging theoretical research on"big data" and human resource management,this paper takes a representative cement manufacturing enterprise as a practical case to explore the problems in the human resource management of the enter:prise.Through the on-the-spot investigation,distribution of questionnaires and communication with managers,the relevant data is obtained,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and relevant improvement measures and optimizations are proposed for the management modules such as recruitment and training,compensation and performance.Program.In the future human resources management of enterprises,we should actively cultivate the"big data"thinking,carefully analyze the management needs,and make full use of"big data"technology to help enterprises improve the overall quality and professional ability of employees.
