Due to the depletion of petrochemical resources,the world faces serious energy security problems.According to statistics,in 2012,China's natural gas dependence has reached 30%and oil dependence has reached 58%.It is estimated that by 2030,China's dependence on oil and natural gas will exceed 75%.China's energy security will be severely threatened as never before,Therefore,the active development and utilization of biomass energy can not only effectively solve the energy crisis in China,but also effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by excessive consumption of petrochemical energy.As a large agricultural country,China's biomass energy raw materials(mainly crop straw)are rich in resources,and because of the economical and convenient nature of crop straw itself,it has become the main raw material of biomass energy.However,the lack of surplus crop utilization in China now poses a hidden danger for the sustainable development and utilization of biomass energy.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,the government issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Development of Biomass Energy and Biochemical Finance and Taxation Support Policies",and plans to increase compensation for crop residual utilization and improve the biomass energy ecological compensation mechanism.In order to effectively improve the material energy ecological compensation mechanism of graduate students,this paper mainly completed two major tasks,one is the design of direct compensation mechanism under the condition of considering behavioral heterogeneity;the other is the design of indirect compensation mechanism under the intermediate acquisition mode..The main research contents include:The first is the construction of biomass energy simulation platform,designing the simulation platform framework,process and environmental variables,and then establishing the farmers,power plants and government decision-making models on the platform;second,designing and simulating the direct compensation mechanism,considering and not Two scenarios were designed to analyze the behavioral heterogeneity.The third is to design three different scenarios for the indirect compensation mechanism.The study found that in the direct compensation mechanism,considering the heterogeneity of farmers' behavior,the biomass development amount can be accurately calculated,which is conducive to planning and establishing a reasonable scale biomass power plant;in the indirect compensation mechanism,the government is interested in the intermediate purchaser.Subsidies are used to collect all the biomass materials in the region at a lower price by the way the middlemen purchase straw.
