Ecological environment is the main feedback and regulation system for regional and global changes, and is the material basis and spatial support for human survival and development. With the rapid development of regional economy, production and living land are expanding and occupying ecological land.Meanwhile, environmental problems such as soil pollution, water pollution and air pollution are becoming increasingly prominent because of rapid economic growth, which restrict the sustainable development of social economy. Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the mechanism of social and economic activities and ecological environment changes,to correctly assess the status of regional ecological security, and to construct a regional ecological security pattern. These play an important role in guiding the use of land by science and achieving harmonious development of economic development and ecological environment. This paper takes Binzhou City of Shandong Province as the research area, and is guided by the theory of ecological safety,human-land relationship and sustainable development theory.Using RS and GIS technology to extract land use data, combined with social and economic statistics, the spatial and temporal change characteristics of land use pattern are analyzed.Based on the perspective of ecosystem service value, ecological risk and sustainability of human-land system, the present situation of regional ecological security is evaluated comprehensively in both positive and negative aspects, and the ecological security pattern is constructed. The main results are as follows:(1)The regional land use pattern and its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics were studied.Based on the remote sensing images of Binzhou City in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,the land use pattern and its spatio-temporal characteristics were analyzed by using transfer matrix of land use type and dynamic attitude model. From 2000 to 2015,cultivated land and construction land were the main land use types in Binzhou City. The total amount of land use types changed significantly, and the intensity of change became gradually flattens. The structure of land use type was generally stable, and the change of land use type was main stable and unchanged, accounting for 72.84% of the total area of the city. The intensity of land use was mainly medium intensity and high intensity, accounting for 63.25% to 70.91% of the total area. The intensity of land use in northern was low, while that in central and southern was high.(2)The comprehensive evaluation method of regional ecological security was explored. From the aspects of ecosystem service, ecological risk and sustainability of human-land system,a comprehensive ecological security index was constructed to quantitatively evaluate regional ecological security. From 2000 to 2015,the total value of ecosystem services in Binzhou City increased from 16797.38×106 yuan to 20524.22×106 yuan. And the ecological risk index showed a slowly decreasing trend, with an overall decline of 7.16%.The sustainability index showed a trend of increasing first, then decreasing, and increasing overall, with a total increase of 13.33%.The comprehensive ecological security index increased from 0.3465 to 0.6385,and the overall situation of regional ecological security improved.(3)The incidence relation between the indexes of regional ecological security was analyzed.By means of grey correlation analysis and bivariate spatial autocorrelation, the correlation between regional ecological security indicators at different scales was analyzed in terms of quantity and space.During the study period, the total value of unit area and risk index showed a strong positive grade correlation, which was always higher than the correlation between "sustainability index-risk index" and "total value-Sustainability Index of unit area".The global Moran's I index of each ecological evaluation index in Binzhou City at grid scale is above 0.5000,which has strong spatial agglomeration.Bivariate global Moran's I index is positive, with significant positive spatial correlation.(4)Based on the results of regional ecological security assessment and the minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model, the method of constructing regional ecological security pattern was explored. The suitable ecological expansion area and the suitable construction expansion area in Binzhou City were staggered, accounting for 45.31% and 54.69% of the total area. The north was the main distribution area of suitable ecological expansion area, while the middle and South were the main distribution area of suitable construction expansion area.Wudi and Zhanhua,in the northern of Binzhou, were the core protected areas of the city's ecological security.Yangxin and Bincheng were buffer and transition zones for ecological security, especially Huimin is the transitional and transitional center of the important ecological security pattern in the central of Binzhou. In the south,Zouping and Boxing are more suitable for the development and utilization of construction land. This paper analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of land use pattern in Binzhou City, evaluated quantitatively the regional ecological security situation, and constructed the ecological security pattern in Binzhou City. The results provide a reference for scientific planning of land use zoning, maintenance and improvement of regional ecological security.
