At present,the automation level of yarn packaging in our country is relatively lower,and the automatic packaging equipment of developed countries is not only expensive,but also not suitable for the domestic spinning enterprnses.For this problem,this paper designs and develops a fully automatic yan packaging system based on S7-1200.According to the process of manual packaging and modular idea,the whole system is divided into the following independent submodules with corresponding functions:conveying module,blowing dust module,flipping module,single yan packaging module,arrangement module,automatic woven bag bagging module,sewing module,strapping module,weighing module and labeling module.Each submodule meets the technical requirements from the hardware design and program realization,and they can automatically complete the conveying of the yan,blowing dust,flipping bobbin,plastic packaging,neatly arranging,the bagging and sewing of the woven bag,the whole package of yan strapping,weighing and labeling.The system also has the functions of monitoring management and operation intervention,through the man-machine interface,the operator can modify the production data of each submodule and control the action state of the corresponding actuator according to the needs and will of the workshop,meanwhile each submodule can be separated or combined.The realization of these system functions has an important significance for the automatic packaging of the yam and the reduction of manpower and material costs of related enterprnses.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the process of yarn packaging and the production needs of the workshop,the overall scheme of the automatic packaging system of the yarn is designed and the layout of the system is completed.At the same time,according to the modular design concept,the whole system is divided into some submodules which have corresponding functions.(2)According to the design principle of the electrical control system,the electrical schematic diagram and hardware topology diagram of the system are drawn,then the hardware configuration and selection of the main equipment,cylinder,motor,vacuum chuck and S7-1200 controller of each module are completed.(3)According to the functional requirements and action flow of each submodule,the control flow of the corresponding sub-modules is designed,then the assignment of I/0 signal points of each module is completed,and the process actions of the system are programmed one by one,of course the communication network and man-machine interaction of the system are designed.(4)Through the long-time debugging of the automatic yarn packaging system,a large number of experimental test data were counted,then the performance and efficiency of the whole system and each sub-module were analyzed.At the same time,the overall evaluation of the system was carried out initially.(5)According to the revealed deficiencies and defects,the strapping module,the arrangement module and the sewing module are optimized and improved,which not only improves the efficiency and quality of the package.but also enhances the stability and reliability of the system.Furthermore,it enhances the usability of whole system.This system has been officially run in Companion,and it can basically realize the automation of the whole yarn packaging process,but because of the stability of some module,it still needs 1-2 operator for care and supervision.Now,the system can package about 8 tons of yarn per day.which greatly improves the packaging quality and efficiency.
