At present,the domestic yarn packaging production are mostly done artificially,even if using semi-automatic packaging equipment,the packaging process still needs so many operators.In the situation of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,packaging system that meets the actual needs of the production of fully automatic cheese Yarn packaging is the trend of the times;Therefore,this paper designed and implemented automatic cheese yarn woven bag packaging system.The packaging system consists of two parts:automatic woven bag packaging production line and packaging production upper monitoring and management system.It realizes the complete automation of the entire process from logistics delivery to online weighing and labeling,and also realizes the functions of monitoring and management of packaging production and production data management.In this paper,the automatic cheese yarn woven bag packaging production system meets the actual production requirements,and the mechanical structure,control system,packaging production monitoring management system and other aspects of the packaging production are analyzed and studied.And the mechanical design technology,sensor detection technology,pneumatic technology,motor drive technology,industrial communication technology,supervisory control technology are used in this project to achieve the complete automation of the packaging process,and packaging quality and packaging efficiency are improved.In the process of system design and implementation,several aspects and technologies are made a key study,as follows:(1)This paper designs the overall plan of the package production according to the package yarn production process,which includes the overall architecture of the system,the main functional modules,the main equipment components and the specific size of the installation plan.(2)This paper designs automatic cheese yarn woven bag packaging system based on modular design idea and divide the whole system into the following main function module:Logistics Delivery Module,Automatic Detection and Adjustment of Head Direction Module,Single Yarn Packaging Module,Automatic Arrangement Module,Automatic Woven Bag Packaging Module,Automatic Clamping and Sewing Module Automatic Direction Change and Bundle-up Module and Online Weighing and Labeling Module.For each module,using Solidworks three-dimensional software to design specific mechanical structure.Automatic Woven Bag Packaging Module realizes the function of automatic suction and support of the woven bag,solves the recognized problems in the industry,and lays the technical foundation for the entire packaging process automatically.(3)This paper researches and designs pneumatic system,including the design of the overall structure of the system and pneumatic components selection according to the aerodynamic principle of the pneumatic system design and configuration method.(4)This paper designs and implements hardware control system of the packaging production system,including the overall structure of the control system and the hardware configuration and configuration of touch screen and industrial control computer;According to the control requirements of each module,designs the flow chart of each function module and programs to achieve it.(5)This paper designs packaging production monitoring and management software system,which includes HMI touch screen monitoring system and production management system,achieving the function of packaging production scheduling management and dynamic process monitoring integration.Touch screen HMI monitoring system is mainly used for manual adjustment and control of various functional modules and the function module action execution monitoring;The functions of packaging production monitoring and management system mainly include system parameter settings,personnel and equipment file management and trouble alarm and so on.(6)This paper establishes network communication system,it includes PLC control system communication between main control unit and the packaging module of woven bags slave control unit,communication between PLC and inverter based on MODBUS protocol,communication between PLC and weighing sensor based on PROFIBUS-DP,PLC and labeling machine via RS485 protocol,communication between main PLC and slave PLC service and HMI via PROFINET.(7)This paper tests and analyzes the stability,reliability and operation efficiency of the whole packaging production system as well as the main functional modules of the production line,analyzes packaging production system from reliability&practicality and innovation&advancement.
